We stayed here with our bridal party for our wedding weekend. The house was clean and the views were beautiful. It had everything we needed and the hosts left detailed instructions for where things were and what to do before checkout. Highly recommend!
Had a wonderful time at this house. Nice amenities, lots of space, very comfortable. All the family was impressed and wanted the link for future events. Lovely location: quiet and nice view. Very clean. Lots of room for teens and kids. It’s a definite winner and would do again.
We rented this house to host guests attending our wedding. We had a great experience and Rachel (the host) was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. We had people over the night before and after the wedding, it was the perfect place to host and we received many compliments on finding such a beautiful place. The views were amazing. I have been up Hobble Creek Canyon many times, but the house sits above the main road and the view is breathtaking. My only recommendation for improvement would be if we could’ve received a response to our request for early check-in sooner. We requested early check-in months ahead but the host said they would not know if they would honor it until closer to our stay. We did not receive notice of early check-in until the day of, so it would’ve been nicer to know at least a few days ahead of time. However, this was very minor and everything went very smoothly for which we were extremely grateful.I would highly recommend this place for any sort of gathering between family and friends. The host was great to work with and the location is gorgeous. We would absolutely stay again!
Check in was easy and uncomplicated. The home was clean and comfortable with room for all and plenty of activities for everyone. Secluded and the view is stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and serving. Plenty of bedding and towels and beds for our entire group. There were 28 of us.
We rented this place for some family and friends coming to town for our wedding. It was the perfect size for a larger group. They had extra mattresses and blankets under some of the beds for extra use.
We had the BEST time! With so many bedrooms and things to do it was perfect for our family. Super clean and gorgeous. We tend to be loud and the lack of neighbors made us feel more comfortable to not have to tone it down. The bath tubs were great for the little kids and the games were great for the preteens. 10/10 stay!
We had a group of high school track athletes for the BYU meet. They had so much fun in this house. Plenty of space, hot tub, ping pong, and other games kept them happy and gave them time to relax before their meet. Plenty of bathrooms and hot water! This was one of the best supplied kitchens as far as meeting cooking needs. We were very grateful to find this place!!
We used this as a venue for my small intimate wedding reception and I couldn’t believe how amazing it was. Genuinely can’t get better view like this. The place also has QR codes everywhere that has instructions for how to use specific features, etc. which was very creative. The backyard was the perfect space to host an event and the hosts were so accommodating and responsive!! 100/10 no notes.
We enjoyed the property. Only 2 suggestions: the WiFi didn’t work, and one of our group did car damage on the rocks on the driveway. The rest was no complaints!
We had a wonderful time at this great home! Our kids loved the way the rooms were set up so some could have quiet space for naps while others could be playing video games and ping pong. The parents and kids also loved golfing at Hobble creek golf course! That was a high light. The kitchen and dining areas were very adequat to accommodate our big family. Some of the appliances are showing a bit of wear but they worked fine for us.Checkin was easy. Rachel, our host, was the very best. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived! We had a wonderful time! We’re coming back next summer and can’t wait!
We had a great extended weekend at Hobblecreek Haven. There were multiple gathering areas where each age group could play games and be together but also a large gathering area that fit our entire group. The extra tables and chairs were very appreciated and used each day. We lived the beautiful views and peace of the mountains and the outdoor fireplace and hot tub were a great escape even in the cold of winter. We had a great weekend and made many pre opus memories. Just what we needed this year. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.
In process of updating the home. Some minor deficientcies. No A/C in upstairs bdrms--installation of units in process. Instruction for AC controls and other electronics would be useful. All in all very enjoyable stay.
The basement is infested with millipedes. Needs to be Fumigated!! Shower and bathroom fauctes don't turn on or off depending on which upstairs bathroom you are in. Furniture main level are very worn and need replacing. Outside of house in need of maintenance paint peeling window screens off
Great size for our church women’s retreat! However, we were sadly unable to use the basement, 1/3 of the living space, due to a bug infestation. Management was contacted and sent out cleaners and pest control, but we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping down there.Wish the kitchen was larger, but helpful there was a second fridge in the garage. And helpful there were 2 large dining tables and chairs plus extra 2 folding tables and extra folding chairs, enough for our group of 28 for meals. Wish we could have eaten on the deck, but wasps came around when food was outside. Hot tub was nice and there were towels specifically for the hot tub, nice touch. There are window AC units for the upstairs rooms and another AC unit in the main living room. Appreciated smart TVs for our need for streaming videos for our retreat.Kitchen was well stocked and had extra appliances like crockpots and Keurig and coffee pot.Views of the canyon were beautiful from the back porch. And nice to have plenty of parking.
We used this house for my family and my son's Just Married Into family for his wedding and it was fantastic! The ages of those at the house ranged from 5 to 77, and it accommodated all the needs of ALL of those people perfectly. The lawn was perfect for our small wedding open house, and the house was perfect for keeping everyone entertained and fed with enough space that we weren't on top of each other. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a lifesaver. Because it's located in the mountains, and so very close to the mountain, it cooled off beautifully in the evening so even though it was a hot day, it was perfect weather at night for gathering. There is no cell service at the property, but the wifi connectivity was stellar--we had zero communication issues. All in all, it couldn't have been a better place for our huge now-joined families. Thanks so much to Rachel for everything!!
This property really allowed our family to spread out and not trip over each other. The basement had fun games for all. There were a few maintenance issues with the hot tub.The host responded quickly. My family wants to go back!
