This breathtaking cabin overlooks Aspen Grove Creek and is surrounded by towering pines.
The home's interior and exterior has a lodge feel with stunning modern decor. It has 6 beautifully decorated private bedrooms, 4 king, 2 queen, 5.5 marble and granite bathrooms with mountain/wildlife scene etchings on the glass and mirrors. You'll love relaxing in the 2 story family room by the large gas fireplace, DirecTv on a 52" Flatscreen HD TV and a panoramic view of the pine grove that surrounds the cabin. In the winter the main floor kitchen and master bath tiles are heated. Beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, 48" - 6 burner gas range, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, 2 food warmers, Sub-Zero fridge and separate freezer w/ ice machine. The dining table seats 10 with 2 at the bar. Rectangle portable table and 6 folding chairs available. Cookware provided. Service for 20. Guests who bring large groups are advised to purchase paper goods, utensils and extra ice.

There is a large HD home theater with popcorn machine and fridge. Leather power recline seating for 13. LED lighting with USB ports for phone/device charging.
What sets this cabin apart is the spa room; sauna, steam room, and outdoor hot tub. Recreation loft overlooks family room, provides bean bags, gaming TV with game chairs, (bring your own gaming system) and foosball.
Large back deck with outdoor wood fireplace for roasting or just relaxing. The cabin has 5 decks with spectacular mountain views, and soothing water sounds from the creek below. (One bundle of wood provided)

This is the perfect cabin for a couples getaway or large family reunion. The cabin is right above the Sundance Ski Resort and has unlimited fun in the Winter and Summer. Don't delay, reserve your dates today! No Pets. No Smoking. No Weddings or Wedding Related Events Allowed by HOA.
Important details: Beds for 12 only. Sheets and towels provided for 12 people. Two towels per person. Sleeping bags (4 child size, 4+ adult) provided as a courtesy. Lots of blankets available. Each bathroom contains; 2-3 rolls of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bar of soap and hand soap.

Beautiful, Spacious Cabin!

This is our families’ second time staying at this cabin, for our family reunion. We love the spacious great room, the large kitchen, and especially the theater room. The back deck is fun to cookout and sit by the wood fire. The rooms are spacious enough to have kids sleep on the ground with you if needed. The lighting is a little weird to figure out at times, but overall one of our favorite cabins in Sundance.

Family reunion

This was perfect for our large family reunion. The movie theater, sauna, and jacuzzi were so much fun! The house is very well maintained. We loved waking to the sound of birds and the creek outside. Sundance is a beautiful community and has a very intimate vibe in the resort area.

Wonderful Winter home

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful and well appointed winter home. The kitchen and furnishing were outstanding as were the amenities such as hot tub, sauna, steam room and deck. All of our friends enjoyed our stay together and appreciated the large living room and theater room. Overall we had a wonderful week- only wish we had more snow for snow shoeing.

Beautiful Mountain Home

Exactly as advertised. A great home in a nice time staying at this home. Plan accordingly and bring all of your food and drinks up the mountain when you arrive because you don't want to have to go back and forth to Provo for supplies if you don't have to.

The Perfect Cabin for our Family Get Together

Our family of 12 traveled from England, North Carolina and Arizona to attend Homecoming at BYU. The cabin is well appointed and met all our needs. It is gorgeous inside, is in a spectacular setting and is conveniently located. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The perfect staycation

I booked the cabin for a family weekend getaway. We stayed January 27-30th. There is something for everyone at this wonderful cabin! From the movie theater, or hot tub to gathering around the large dining room table for a family game night. Everyone had a blast! We will definitely be back!!

Family Ski in Sundance

Our extended family of 13 (5 grandchildren 5 & under, plus 3 children with spouses, and us) enjoyed a wonderful skiing holiday in this spacious home. Plenty of privacy in the separate sleeping quarters spread across 3 floors, plus large common spaces (kitchen, dining, living, movie theater) for gathering all together. Easy check-in process; great communication with the hosts; house had everything we required to for 7 comfortable nights together.

February 2023 Family Ski Week

This property was perfect for our two families with teenagers. The house is really well equipped with everything you would need and more. It’s only a mile from Sundance Resort making it really easy for a ski vacation. Stephanie went above and beyond to help us during our stay which was in the middle of the most snow Sundance has ever seen. We would highly recommend and hope to come back again!

Perfect Family Mountain Retreat

We loved staying here for our family reunion. It’s a beautiful property with a lot of space for our 4 families. The house is well stocked with linens, pillows, sleeping bags and mats for our kids and the kitchen had all we needed to cook and is very organized. Stephanie, the property manager was so nice to work with and helped us immediately with any questions or needs we might have. The theatre room was a favorite spot for cousins to watch movies. And such a Beautiful location!

60th Birthday stay with family

The Luxury Mountain Home was perfect. We had our adult children and their children come for my wife's 60th birthday. It was prefect and fit our families needs. Nice big kitchen to cook family meals in. Plenty of room for everybody to be together as well for everybody to spread out as needed. Nice views from the peaceful back deck. This house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would defiantly stay again.

When looking for a location to build our cabin, nothing could compare to Sundance! The cabin is just a short drive up beautiful Provo canyon and is nestled in the amazing Sundance Resort made famous by Robert Redford. While at Sundance you feel like you are secluded in the majesty of the mountains, but with all the conveniences of a big city, Provo, just 15 minutes away. A 30 minute drive takes you to the fun and excitement of Park City and Deer Valley. The Entertainment options are endless at Sundance. Skiing. new Zip Line. Horseback riding. Nordic Center. Hiking trails.

What makes this property unique

There are many fun things to do at Sundance ALL year round. Spring provides budding forests, wildlife and a roaring rivers and creeks. Summer's calm temperatures are a welcome respite from the scorching heat of the valley. You can hike Mount Timpanogos or Stewart Falls or just take a leisurely stroll around Sundance Resort, or take the ski lift to the top of the mountain, and back down again. The amazing Fall colors of Provo canyon are something no one should miss. Winter brings world class skiing on the greatest snow on earth! When you are in the cabin it's hard to leave. You can spend the day simply reading a book on the back porch swing in the summer, taking a steam or sauna in the spa room or soaking in the hot tub during a cold winter day. And what's better than watching a movie in your own private theater. You will love cooking in this gourmet kitchen and watching the wildlife outside the window. At night you can have fun listening to your favorite CDs/phone playlists that can be heard in the kitchen, family room and hot tub area outside. Games can be played in the large family room or up in the recreation loft. Bring your own gaming system to play in the loft; TV and gaming chairs provided. There is so much to do in Sundance, make sure you spend enough time with us to do it all!
