We stayed at The 303 during the show in March. I was promptly greeted and given a tour of the property by Jenny, who works at the Vintage Retail Store, "Worn & Weathered," (which is a MUST visit store) with unique things personally made by talented Brandi, one of the owners. Upon entry, the place smelled super clean, was adorably decorated with farmhouse chic decor. The owner, Kevin and his wife Brandi have done a fantastic job with the renovations to this property. A fancy charcuterie board with crackers was waiting for us, along with snacks, water and soda in the fridge. Parking was right on site, no long walks to your vehicle. This is a PERFECT location. You can walk to Henkle Square and there is a lot of shopping on this very property site. I cannot say enough about our GREAT experience staying at this place. The owners, Kevin and Brandi were very personable and frequently checked to see if we had what we needed. I would HIGHLY recommend this property, even if it's not during the show. There are several anchor stores who are open year round. This is the best location in Round Top! I will certainly stay there again.
