The gourmet kitchen features full sets of pots, pans, coffee maker (pods/coffee provided), gas range, crock pot, toaster oven, Instapot, and more...everything you need to prepare amazing meals (full spice cabinet provided!). Best coffee spot in the world - the gorgeous sunroom features expansive views which opens to the main deck with private mountain views among the evergreens and aspen grove with breathtaking meadow and enclosed dog run! This magnificent home is worlds away & still close enough to go out to dinner, enjoy nature & shop in downtown Evergreen, or catch a show at Red Rocks!

5 bedrooms - 4 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Futon & Crib (in 2nd floor office area)
Main floor features 2 living areas, kitchen, huge deck, sunroom, utility room, formal dining, breakfast area, and 1/2 bath.
2nd Floor features 3 bedrooms - all with KING beds - featuring new mattresses & white linens, 2 full bathrooms, and Office with futon and crib
Walk-out Basement features 2 bedrooms - 1 King & 1 Queen, 1 full bathroom, Media Room, game room, wine/coffee bar area, and large walk out covered patio.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the home with exception of owner's closets (not located in the bedrooms). No one else will be at the property during your stay!

******PLEASE NOTE: 4-wheel drive vehicle is required during Winter, Spring & Fall! We are located on a paved county-maintained road; however, the home has a steep driveway. We just installed heated driveway tracks so things should be easier this season :)
