Our Beach houses are located on 136/147 Franklin St diagonally across from one another. Both houses are front and back attached private unit's. All 4-units are 3 bedrooms. 1 bath homes with AC/Grills/WiFi and Cable. There is parking for 3 cars per unit. . All sheets, towels and beach towels are supplied. The units are tastefully decorated and are fully applianced. There is an outdoor (shared) shower, at each location. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided.
We are walking distance to Hampton Beach which hosts many wonderful events including Fireworks every Wednesday,
Attractions include deep sea fishing, excellent restaurants,playland arcades/amusements, great bands at the Hampton Beach Casino. Master Sand Sculpture event June 20-22, Boston Guild Circus Aug 31, Seafood Fest September Labor Dayand Fire Show September 14.
Our beach houses are; cozy, comfy, sunny and professionally cleaned before you arrive. We are in a family friendly neighborhood and only steps to the beach.
This is a wonderful opportunity for extended families to get together and have their own space and privacy. Rent 1-2 or all 4 depending on availability.
