New Salt Water Pool/Spa, sleek outdoor BBQ island and cozy glass fire pit. Open kitchen design allows for perfect entertaining area. Unique & separate âCasitaâ suite w/private entry. Casa de Coachella is located in a quaint neighbor in Coachella surrounded by stunning views of the mountains. Home has recently been updated as a 100% vacation rentals in mind. The backyard offers a resort style pool, spa, and glass fire-pit. The long rectangular salt water pool allows for plenty of space for guests to enjoy the pool and offers a Baja shelf, if you just want to get your feet wet. The pool also features 3 waterfalls. The 8-person spa was designed in to the pool. The BBQ island offers seating for up to 5 people and features a Blaze stainless steel grill with an additional infrared seer grill. Full sink across form the grill allows for easy washing up. The long glass fire pit offers the perfect gathering space to look up at the stars or maybe roast up some sâmores!
Additional covered patio off the side of the home is a another great gathering spot. With a open grass area perfect for a game of cornhole or Axe Throwing! Just behind the covered patio, Casa de Coachella offers a unique garage door access (converting indoor to outdoor) and accessing the Game Room. Here you'll find the Arcade Hit Golden Tee, Pool table, Foosball Table and fan favorite, Pop-A-Shoot Basketball! Looking to just relax or taken in some sports? Game room offers 55 in. LG TV ( PRO TIP: TV utilizes a large swivel wall bracket that allows one to view TV from the outdoor covered patio and potentially to the pool area!)
TV. Pool & Spa Heater charge:
There is a charge fee of $150 p/night for pool AND spa heater. SPA (only) heater charge: For use of just the Spa heater, there is a charge of $75/night. SPA heater is typically requested year round, especially when considering the Spa usage during the evening. During April-Oct months, the pool temp is around 74-80 degrees and typically doesnât require the pool heater. During the fall-winter months, the temperature of pool can range between 55-70 degrees and is when pool heater is typically requested.
++NOTE: Please let me know at least 24-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat and added to your reservation. Also, please note that only the spa or the pool can be heated at one time. Both will not heat simultaneously. Should the Pool/Spa heater be requested, an IPad will be offered for the guest to control heater temp.
INTERIOR DETAILS: The home accommodates up to 15guests with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms.
Bed Summary and Sleeping Arrangements: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Full, and 2 sets of Bunk Beds( twin beds and ideal for those under 16 years old). Sleeper bed sofa in AC/heated game room. Bedrooms feature TVs already preset with YouTube TV for simple channel searching for Live TV, Sports and Movies The first bedroom is downstairs and is considered the âCasitaâ. This room has a Queen Size bed and offers its own private entry separate from the main house and ideal for those wanting their own space. Private bathroom with double closet abs 55 in Samsung 4K TV. 2 rooms upstairs offer Full Size beds with double closets and 6 drawer dressers for storage. Full hall bathroom is shared between both bedrooms. Master bedroom upstairs offers private bathroom and walk- in closet. 55 in Samsung TV 2 sets of Bunk Beds located in the loft area upstairs(bedroom removed for loft area). Sleeper Sofa in Game Room (Recently installed mini-split Air Consitioning and heating system) has pillows and blankets in upstairs linen closet by stairs in Casa de Coachella: Newly furnished with YouTubeTV and high speed WiFi.
Kitchen is equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, Keurig single cup, traditional coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, wine cooler and blender/juicer. Kitchen is fully stocked with all basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine/bottle opener, measuring spoons, pizza cutter, lime juicer, whisker and much more. We do provide salt and pepper.
No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).
House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods. Other Items: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer, steam iron and laundry pods.
Pool and Spa: During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 55-70 degrees. If you would like the pool and spa to be HEATED, a charge fee of $150 per night will be added. Please let me know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat and added to your reservation. For use of just the Spa/jacuzzi, there is a charge of $75/night. (During the winter months, of Nov-Feb, most guests choose just the spa)
Also note that only the spa or the pool can be heated at one time. Both will not heat simultaneously. SHOULD the Pool/Spa heater be REQUESTED, an IPad will be left out for the guest to control heater temp., pool lights and pool water falls.

Parking: There is space available for 4-5 cars at driveway with street parking in front of the home and across the street. Please keep in mind, that FRIDAY is trash day. Also, the 1st and 3rd Monday, is Street sweeping Day. They will TICKET so please move your cars appropriately on this day.
LOCATION 5 min drive to the Empire Polo Fields for Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; amazing golf is only 15 minutes from the La Quinta Resort or PGA WEST. Indian Wells Tennis Garden is 15 mins away , with Old Town La Quinta also only 10 mins away. Newly opened Acrisure Arena, for Concerts and the new Coachella Valley Firebirds Hockey Team! The arena is just off the 10 fwy is only 20 mins away. Casa de de Coachella is Close to HWY 111, which gives gives access to near by Costco, Target, Walmart and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. (Visit my Guidebook for great local eateries) Palm Springs Downtown within 35 mins .
Nearby casinos include: Augustine Casino ( only 5 mins from Casa de Coachella), Spotlight 29 Casino, Fantasy Casino, Morongo Casino and Agua Calientes ( 3 locations- PS, Catherdeal City and Rancho mirage)
ESTIMATED DISTANCES FROM THE VACATION HOME - Empire Polo Fields: 5-10 minutes - Old Town La Quinta: 10-15 minutes - Indian Wells Tennis Garden: 15-20 minutes - Palm Desert/El Paseo: 20-25 minutes - Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 35-45 minutes - LA/OC/SD: Roughly 1.5-2 hours without traffic Guests have access using a keyless system and a code is given at check in. The code changes for every reservation so it is an extremely safe. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!
La Colonia is a residential neighborhood about 1.5 miles from Empire Polo Fields. Tower Market and Gas Station is literally across from the community, so picking up any last minute items is a breezy. A ChargePoint charging Station for your EV is also available at this location. There's parking for up to 4-5 standard size vehicles in the driveway and parking on the street in front of the home and also across the street. Keep in mind that Fridays is Trash day and 1st and 3rd Monday of every months, its street sweeping day. They will ticket you! Also, its common to find rental electric scooters ( Bird or Lime) at the 2 entrances into La Colonia Community ( usually left on the sidewalk on the corner )

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Homes have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the Casa Coachella through the issue of a âcodeâ rather than a physical key. The front door has the access panel. There is an additional key for the attached "Casita" bedroom suite, which has its own private door and access code will be the same as main door.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 55-70 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $150/night. Please let me know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat and added to your reservation. For the jacuzzi, there is a charge of $75/night. Please let me know also with 48 hours in advance.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? Casa Coachella offers a complete kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker (traditional coffee pot and a Single Keurig coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, and Nutr-Bullet blender. Kitchen is stocked with cookware and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons, lime juicer, pizza cutter and more. Salt and pepper is also available. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap pods.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS? Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $50 per pet

The la Colonia community is situated just 1 mile from the Coachella â Empire polo fields. Moreover, conveniently located near many of the local casinos like Agua Calientes, Spotlight 29 and Fantasy Casino. The newly constructed Acrisure Arena is only 15 mins away and host many of todayâs contemporary performers.
