Summer vacation with friends

Edgewater 204 was fantastic! Everyone we met was so kind and made it feel like home away from home.

Quick vacation to the beach

We had a fantastic vacation. The pools are wonderful. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The building is being painted but that process did not interfere with our activities at all. Elevator worked great this time and our unit was very clean and fresh.

The condo was a great location as far as ground floor. I feel for the price it would have been updated a little more. Kitchen cabinets could use some work. And after traveling a long day we were not able to get in to our condo until after 4 and it wasn’t cleaned very well. We love Edgewater complex and will return, but we will probably look to book another condo.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient ground-floor location and that you love the Edgewater complex. We sincerely apologize for the delayed check-in and that the condo was not cleaned to the standard you expected after a long day of travel. We understand how disappointing that must have been. We also appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen cabinets and overall updates. We’ll be sure to share this feedback with the appropriate team for consideration. We truly value your continued support of Edgewater and would love the opportunity to provide you with a better experience on a future visit. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention.

Not good

The biggest problem was the elevator. It was a large complex with only 1 working elevator.
