Enjoy this private and brand new modern farmhouse Villa. The house has shared walls with another home on one side but is still super quiet. Enjoy full and private access to the home, paved patio, Hot Tub, and neighborhood amenities(pool, sand volleyball court, picnic area w/ park grills, basketball court, tennis courts, and playground).
