Sleeps 8 guests!! Beach & Boardwalk, water park- miniature golf. Restaurants. Steps away from everything. Spacious bright - clean 2 separate bedrooms -kitchen/living room, flat screen Tv. Porch & picnic area with a gas grill. Private porch to sit outside - grilling picnic area

April, May and June, our rates are per person a night.
Weekdays- 2 nights $70per person a night
Weekends- $100per person a night

There is a $75per person cash security deposit on arrival. Security deposit will be refunded within seven days after check out
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Warm and inviting beach house

This was a great place to stay to be able to walk to the beach and boardwalk. Large spacious outside area to relax, and plenty of space inside to rest up for your next adventure. JoAnn and her husband went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Definitely two thumbs up!

Perfect for our little family

My husband and I stayed with our 7 year old and it was perfect for us. Walking distance to everything you could possibly need, including a convenience store to buy bread, lunchmeat and snacks. The place was lovely and comfortable.

One Block to Beach!!!!

My family and I have been to many rentals in the past at Seaside but this one was the best. Two full bathrooms, an awesome extra from what we have had. Very clean, plenty of room and so convenient to beach and restaurants. Counter area limited for coking, but we went out to eat mostly anyhow. Will definitely be back.

A Seaside Family Friendly Stay!

Joann and Steve are exceptional hosts! They made us feel comfortable and right at homes. The apartment rooms were clean and cozy and included the cookware necessary to preparea meal. The one block walk to the boardwalk and ocean was a definite plus. We can't wait to go back again. 😊

Location Location Location. The location is great right off of the boardwalk. Very clean. A bit small but we were out more than in. I went with my husband and my daughter with 3 friends and it worked perfect. They had their own entrance, bathroom, and fridge. It was great for a long weekend. Joanne and her husband were very friendly and helpful.
