Checking in was not easy. Had to call local telephone number twice before we could even open the door. Could not figure out which door (there were two of them).

Tourney Stay

We love this area when we attend Indian Wells tournament every year. It is so convenient to the tennis garden and really everything else. The villa was very clean and comfortable and always a beautiful area. The grounds are so well kept. I’m sure we will look to stay here next time we attend the tournament.

Second time

We came back to stay in this unit on purpose. Quiet upstairs location but still very near the main pool and fitness center. Also 2 nearby smaller pools. Well stocked with utensils and dishes. Would definitely come back!

Great location

It was a great location very close to the pool and easy access to the BBQ’s which was great for cooking dinner! We loved the place and will definitely be back soon!

The Sofa Bed was hard to make into a bed and would not stay in the “queen configuration”. Luckily I had small children who were sleeping on it so they payed crosswise. The outdoor light by the door was burnt out and made it impossible to see the combination on the door lock. The air conditioner either was rattling or the vent in the living room was rattling when the unit was on. Other than that it was lovely. Thanks.

Beautiful desert getaway!

Our first visit to La Quinta, and Legacy Villas was recommended by friends who stay there often. We loved the condo, beautiful grounds, and just enough space to travel with our 1 year old. Close to the main pool and one of the smaller pools, though the community is very small so you can walk to any of the pools in less than 5 minutes. Check in/out was easy and automated because of the property management. They were easy to contact through VRBO website and app. The unit was clean and stocked with cookware and coffee/coffee maker. Only con: unit was not kid-proofed at all. Front door doesn't have a deadbolt so kiddo could get out/down the stairs easily. Chemicals stored under kitchen sink that my child discovered and sprayed within the first 5 minutes of being there.

Couple small upkeep issues when we arrived quickly solved. Great location, very well maintained grounds, nice to have kitchen for our week away. Love La Quinta.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Balcony gets morning sun, small balcony at front door gets afternoon sun. I bought a cheap plastic lawn chair to sun myself in afternoons.Quiet location. Usable living room furniture, kitchen well stocked with cookware. Unit could have been cleaned better before arrival: crumbs on kitchen counter & sofa; floor looked like not vacuumed. A pleasant stay.

I would give zeroStars if I could!

Horrible experience! The most uncomfortable bed EVER! Light bulbs burnt out everywhere, the place was stocked horribly. We have stayed at Legacy Villas three times previously, and it has never been this bad! I will never book through California Vacation Villas again! It was absolutely awful, and when we called they did absolutely nothing.

It is a beautiful property, clean with a beautiful trail around the The entire complex. Our condo was nice. It had everything you need. However a few things not up to par was a cabinet hinge was broken, furniture needs to be restrained , chair leg broken, o light on dec and bathroom mirror. Microwave door doesn’t close right. Tub faucet cap missing and there’s hundreds of outside big roaches and crickets st nite. Found dead one in closet. One flew on deck. Bring bug spray to spray your deck when you sit out and you’ll be fine. We loved it other than that.

Comfortable stay at the Legacy Villas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay, had all you need just like home. There were a few issues but Maintenance tried to fix hinge but they had to order a new one Cabinet broken, lights on deck blown out, Tub cold cap missing, light on bathroom lamp needs new bulb, furniture needs to be restrained. Water marks in tables. A big Chip on a dining chair Leg off, living room chairs rickety. The worse we’re the hundreds of large roaches that fly all over outside and walking on sidewalk, ground along with hundreds of crickets at night! One roach flew up the second deck and crawling on my pants! Everyone including the dogs were screaming and dog barking! I found a dead roach ha in closet. They need to fumigate grounds. I’ve stayed in at least 20 hotels and I e never seen anything like that! The positive was it’s a beautiful complex! 12 pools. Fabulous dirt trail around the whole perimeter of complex! Staff very nice. My sister and I want to NY a couple condos but they must fumigate before we would buy! Other than that we had a nice time.
