Relaxing Apartment in Dexter

Comfortable new apartment above garage of private home. Year-round enjoyment of your snowmobile, ATV, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, biking or just walking with direct access to the Multi-Use Rail Trail. Take a short, one minute walk to the lake to enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking or canoe ride. Bring your own or use ours. Life jackets are available. Picnic area with table, fire pit and chairs. Relax and enjoy the sunsets, here on Lake Wassookeag in Dexter, the Heart of Maine.

We have 1 canoe, 2 kayaks ~ 1 sit on top, the other in. 1 Jon boat.

Open living area. Radiant heat as well as a heat pump for air conditioning to keep you comfortable in warmer weather. Full kitchen with the basics for cooking your meals. Queen bed in the bedroom as well as a double futon off the living room. Smart TV's are in the living room and bedroom. Wifi guest network available to connect to your favorite streaming service. Bathroom with large shower off the main living area.

Self check-in with keypad lock. You will be notified of the access code prior to check -in. Private entrance with stair access only. BB grille is provided, you will need to bring charcoal and lighter.

Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers.
Local boat launch nearby.

No smoking in apartment or stairway. Outside smoking permitted. Dispose of cigarettes in receptacle provided.

Safe, very clean, everything in like new condition! Obvious that guest comfort is given a high priority. Thoughtfully provisioned from snacks (Ghiardelli chocolates & Planters nuts), storage containers with lids, a clothes drying rack as well as ample towels & blankets.

Charming, neat, modern, and clean apartment on a beuatiful piece of property. Very impressed with how equipped the rental was. Plenty of cooking utensils, cutlery, towels, blankets, etc. Owner had parking area and driveway plowed and neat everyday, and had the porch area clear of snow and ice. Owner was also very attentive to any correspondences and got back to me right away. Make sure you read the binder that the owner has meticulously made up for the guests. It has every detail you need about your stay there. No stone left unturned! I will defitnley be staying here again.

Lake Oasis with the best views and comfort!

Everything was more than expected and the perfect layout for my family to enjoy just being kids 24/7. Very safe area with easy access and great indoor and outdoor activities. We loved every ounce of it! Hosts were amazing and thought of everything to make our stay with the utmost comfort! I stayed here with my children (aged 4 & 7) and will definitely be back. Just book it!

Second stay and hands down best stay. The unit is beautiful as well as the surroundings. If you fish this is the place. The owner os attentive and friendly. Already booked for next year

Very clean, kitchen well equipped. Nice setting. Comfortable, quiet. Nice hosts. About 1 mile to Dexter downtown. Stairs might be an issue for some people.

Absolutely beautiful

The apartment is very comfortable with plenty of space. It has a full kitchen with everything you'll need. The views are amazing. The unit is on the lake so if you fish this is the place. The owners are wonderful. The town of Dexter is small and very cute. Check out My Fambily restaurant. This is our third stay and can't wait to go back.

Best stay ever

The pictures do not do it justice. The unit itself is very nice with plenty of space. It had everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The owners were so nice and accommodating . As far as the exterior it was amazing with incredible veiws of the lake. The owner had a kayak to use and I fished daily. At night there were fire flies which we had never seen before. The exterior had its own private deck as well as a dock to relax by the lake. There are plenty of places to eat nearby as well as stores of you prefer to cook yourself. It was the perfect sray and have all ready booked it 3 additional times. You won't be disappointed.
