Livin’ the Dream is located on one of the most private fully-fenced Lakeview lots at The Lookout. It is adjacent to a beautiful grassy park - the perfect place to kick around a soccer ball & play yard games and only a few houses away from the neighborhood lakefront access. Enjoy incredible up lake & panoramic mountain views throughout the house's interior, expansive wrap-around deck & covered porches. The playground, swings, Hilltop pool, and pickleball courts are just a short walk up the stairs across the street, and the Vineyard Pool is a short, flat walk down the sidewalk.

The home's main floor is open-concept, equipped with a gas fireplace and Restoration Hardware & Pottery Barn furnishings. The 15ft NanaWall of glass doors fully opens the living room and connects the large covered deck with a Weber grill & outdoor dining table with lounge seating for 12 around the gas fire-pit and two built-in heaters overhead. The outdoor entertaining space also includes an extra wide wrap-around covered porch where you can sit and watch the kids play in the park or relax and enjoy the lake views. The main level deck has stairs down to the lower level patio where you’ll enjoy the large private hot tub, outdoor ping-pong table, and an expansive fully-fenced yard with four chaise lounges and another built-in fire-pit with Adirondack seating for 6 offering incredible up lake views.

The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare a quick snack or large family meals. For your convenience, Keurig and drip coffee makers and an ice maker, Vitamix, and CrockPot are provided. The dual-fuel range also offers an air fryer function making quick meals as easy as being at home. There is seating for eight at the dining table and three barstools on the island.

Upstairs you’ll enjoy the expansive up lake views from the primary suite & private balcony with comfortable king beds and built-in closet systems in every bedroom. All bedrooms offer Smart TVs with streaming services and are beautifully decorated with RH, Serena & Lily, and Pottery Barn furnishings with luxurious linens and comfortable inner-spring mattresses.

The lower level offers a private king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The kids will love the built-in bunks in the media room with individual lights in each bunk and the Xbox One for gaming. The house has various outdoor activities, including sports balls, a cornhole, a wagon, a cooler, and board games.

The paved driveway accommodates one large vehicle, with two additional street parking spots directly in front of the home and an EV outlet on the house for your convenience to charge your electric vehicle.

Livin’ the Dream does NOT allow pets; however, the owners have a dog that does stay in the house occasionally.
