Place was amazing. It was just me but would be great for a family. Evertwas top notch from the appliances, to bedding to Sonos speakers everywhere!

Would definitely recommend. We wish our stay was longer. The binder of information had all the help in it we needed and listed many enjoyable things to see and do. It wet our appetite for more fun in Chelan someday. A fully equipped clean kitchen and lovely soft heavy sheets were two of our favorite things. The bathroom toilets had not been thoroughly cleaned though. That was the only downfall of our stay.

Well equipped property. We did not know there was key so we spent 10 minutes trying to unlock the door putting the number provided into the door's Key pad, not the keybox on the wall. Check out time was 10, and the cleaner was waiting in the parking at 930, we felt rushed to leave early. Simple things, yes but that was our first and last impressions.

Wonderful 2 bd, 2 bth condo. Very clean and just a short drive from everything. Great pool and hot tub but tub was a little too hot. Could come down a few degrees.
We came to Chelan to celebrate a friends 40th and this was a great spot! The condo itself was very clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaint was that they give you a key for the front door (kind of a pain to keep track of) instead of a code when there’s a keypad there. But, minor detail. The location is great - walking distance to downtown and the lake. Parking was easy. Definitely would come back sometime!

Originally booked for a summer weekend, but due to circumstances, we had to cancel. Property manager worked with us to book a different weekend. Randomly picked a weekend in December which was perfect. Easy drive to spend a day in Leavenworth, which was beautiful. It snowed and the plow was there in the morning to clear parking lot and driveway. My only suggestion would be to turn the heat on before we arrived. It took a good 12 hours before we didn’t need to use extra blankets to get warm.

Great place. Minus towels and coffee
The place would have been an excellent experience had it not been that we only realized there were only two towels for the four of us (four indicated on the reservation). I made the mistake of contacting VRBO on the app to ask for towels, as I had made reservation through them. Took hours to get a useless response, shame on VRBO. Shame on me for not realizing that in the corner of the living room that none of us had seen was a notebook of who to call when help was needed. When I finally found that number and called, towels were eventually delivered. Should have never needed to ask for towels. Also, and this seems picky- but a place equipped with a full kitchen where a coffe,aker is listed, should warn the client that it it a Kurig coffeemaker that only accepts pods. There were only two pods provided. When I I asked VRBO (again I learned- my mistake, we were responded with “we cannot switch anything out”. We had indeed brought ground coffee with us. I guess they should list Kurig coffee maker so clients know they must have that coffee. Complaining about coffee seems trivial, but not when you’re wanting it in the morning. And not enough towels is not acceptable. Other than those two items, we had a good time in the place.

We have mixed feelings about this condo after our 5 night stay. The interior of the condo is nicely decorated and the furniture is comfortable. We appreciated how clean the unit was. The views of the lake and the hills from the balcony were beautiful. However, we were disappointed by several aspects of the condo. First, the sliding door to the balcony was very hard to open and close. The maintenance employee tried to fix it but said the door’s rollers needed a service call, something that couldn’t be done without the owner’s order.The wooden balcony furniture was sorely lacking. It was not at all what was pictured in the listing’s photos. It was uncomfortable to sit on, very worn and broken in places. We had been looking forward to spending time daily on the balcony, enjoying the view and eating meals there. That did not happen due to the poor quality of the balcony table and chairs. This was a big letdown for our party of 3. To improve guests’ stays; add more silverware; more bath towels; add shade screen on balcony east side; provide instructions for using TVs/electric fireplace; provide cable TV in living room; reduce or omit numerous signs warning guests of fees if condo rules are broken; have HVAC system checked in the master bathroom as it was too cold; provide a few more basic kitchen items: salt, seasonings, coffee/tea, regular coffee maker, Keurig pods.

Good Enough, But Poor Communication
The condo was a nice enough place to stay and we would consider going back. Comfortable bed, gorgeous view and close enough to town to walk to. Our problem was the check in process. I received so many emails and texts about the stay, I figured one of them HAD to have check in information in there, especially by the time we arrived at 8:30pm. When we arrived, I went through everything and we had never been sent the information. The guest log in interface from the property manager (not VRBO) had a section for check in and all it said was “Make sure you have your information before leaving!” Nope - never received the email. I called the number numerous times hoping someone would pick up.. Left a voicemail, no call back - not even after it had been resolved to offer an apology. I finally found a different number through VRBO and he was able to help me. Why use an interface that provides EVERY detail, like WiFi, directions, check out, etc., but not check in?I know this was probably a freak accident, and sure I “should have made sure to have the information before leaving home” but that is information that has always reliably been easy to find through the VRBO app or email by the time check in is allowed, so I didn’t think much of it. All in all, it was a good enough stay we would go back but communication needs some work!
