Living Room - Spacious open floor plan with a comfy couch and chairs.

Kitchen - The most adorable kitchen you'll ever find, with everything you need to cook up a storm, and a dining area.

Master Bedroom - King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub.

Guest Bedroom 1 - Queen bed.

Loft/Guest Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and full bed.

Loft - Four twin beds and a play area.

We have 3 extra cots available to use as well.

The guest bathrooms feature a shower/tub combo and a walk-in shower.

Outdoor areas:

Our wraparound porches offer ample space for lounging, napping, or observing wildlife.

Patio with seating, table, and fire pit.

Relax in the hot tub and enjoy the starry night sky.

Enjoy outdoor cooking with the BBQ grill, camp chef, Dutch ovens, and open fire pits.

Guest Access:
Guests will receive the code to the house upon confirmation.

The Neighborhood:
This home is nestled in the mountains in the quaint town of Orderville - only 20 minutes from Zion National Park.

This property is located in the middle of numerous national parks including Zion National Park, Cedar Breaks, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon (North Rim), Escalante Grand Staircase, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Lake Powell, and Red Hollow Hike (in Orderville). It's an ideal home base for seeing all of these parks.

Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Just minutes away from downtown Kanab, this home makes accessing local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores easy!

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Kanab, UT is 25 minutes away. Page, AZ airport is 1.5 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 2 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car.

Again, this is a pet-friendly property. Please note there is a $100 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friend. Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home.
