PLEASE NOTE: Phoenix 8 is conducting repair work to all southside exterior balcony closet walls of each unit in Stacks 5 and 6 (unit numbers ending in 05 & 06). They will begin October 30th, 2023. There is no ETA on completion at this time, though they seem to be aiming for completion before warmer months. Here is what to expect:

• No unit access is required. They will access via swing stage in order to prevent unit access.

• Workers will be seen periodically from the balcony.

• Periodic noise is expected from this work.
