Take advantage of the fully stocked coffee bar and enjoy your breakfast outside every morning on one of the two furnished porches. Spend your evenings watching the kids or pets play outside in the fully fenced large yard featuring a four square court.

Three rivers and multiple lakes are within 20-30 minutes of the home, all perfect for kayaking, tubing or tournament fishing. Plenty of parking is available to bring your fishing boat!
