This centrally located, fully furnished cottage is the perfect oasis for your monthly stay in Austin. Recently remodeled 1939 home with wood floors, brand new appliances and a dedicated work space. Home has central heat/air and fiber wifi. Both bedrooms have a luxury mattress and ceiling fan. Spacious private fenced backyard and outdoor seating.

Easy access to downtown. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and 1.5 mile to UT. Parking on site. 10-15 mins from Austin Airport.

Clean and mostly quiet

The house is located an easy drive to downtown. It's right next to the highway, so the backyard can be noisy, but inside the house is quiet. Lovely brewery and coffee shop nearby and a Fiesta market down the road. The house was newly renovated and had most of what we needed; it was well-provisioned with coffee, tea, spices, and bathroom products, which we appreciated. The host was fabulous and super responsive!

Three Weeks in Cherrywood

I recently stayed in this home for three weeks while attending a training in Austin. The house is in a safe, quiet area. The yard is beautiful, the neighbors are quiet, and it was fun to take in the comings and goings of the neighborhood during my stay. The host was incredibly accommodating and was quick to reply the few times I reached out with questions. The house was clean and smelled fresh, aside from some small spiders making their home in the corners of the rooms. This home has been recently renovated, and it is gorgeous! The kitchen is stocked, and we used the laundry room many times. There was even a day when we ran out of trash bags the host had some delivered the next morning! I cannot say enough about how wonderful the stay was, and I will be booking again!
