Nice place... Bit loud with a neighbor dog at times, not obnoxious just liked to let his people know we were coming and going... Clean... Pull out sofa was VERY COMFY... would happily stay there again.
Property was very well suited for what we needed we had eight people for kids for adults had a great time had everything we needed we appreciate it!

The unit was a good value. The hosts were very accommodating and met expectations. I especially liked the things they had in hand to cook and make coffee
I was in the process of moving while family came to visit for the weekend. This rental served my needs perfectly to allow us to enjoy a relaxing time. The beds were very comfortable and the AC units blow nice and cold. I would recommend this place if you are considering staying in the area.

Perfect for what I needed
Owner super responsive. Perfect for my needs, the listing isn’t super accurate no work desk but managed with kitchen table, no full/twin/twin on second room but we didn’t needed as many beds. Centric to everything we needed, and when we needed to extend owner was super helpful.

Property is older than it appears in pics, neighborhood is older (but we felt safe) and exterior isnt all that nice. But the interior was clean and beds and bedding were very comfortable, close to train station (you could walk or they have a safe parking garage, short trainride to Union Station, 5.50 for a day pass. We were out and about anyway, just needed a comfy place to sleep. Pleasant owners who responded immediately for instructions on how to use air-conditioner (it was really hot the days we were there, but window units did the job). Overall, good value for what we paid.
Reserved this unit with a few friends while in Denver for a week to attend a wedding. The unit was perfect as listed and photographed, the place is short drive from downtown Denver with plenty of options nearby for things you may need during your stay. The unit is well maintained with nicely decorated furniture and set up to accommodate multiple guests. The hosts made the check in/check out process very efficient and easy. The area itself is a nice quiet neighborhood which I prefer. If I’m ever back in the area would definitely prioritize going back to them

The pictures were great online but as soon as we got there our eyes were deceived. Neighborhood was not the best. Grass wasn't even cut outside. The worst was the condition of the doors. Our front door had such a big crack in it that we killed multiple bugs/spiders throughout our stay that were coming in from the crack in the door. The dishes were not clean so we had to clean them as we cooked the first night. It was centrally located which was nice and the beds were really comfortable but safety overtakes all that and we didn't feel safe with this stay. The doors need to be addressed immediately
