The house was beautiful and well appointed

It was a perfect property for our large family. Beautifully appointed with everything provided to keep everyone entertained. The bedrooms were wide and varied. From a secluded quiet room for the grandparents to a en suite for those who have small children they wish to keep close. The pool was a hit immediately. And, the teens and parents played cards throughout the stay in the upstairs family area. We loved it and would stay again.

The Big House

The home is beautiful and clean with all the space and seating to accommodate a large group inside and on the pool deck. Both kids and adults enjoyed a lot of time, and competition, in the game room. There were a few downfalls, the dryer was never able to dry a load of laundry, twice a service person came out to look at it and was unable resolve the issue. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, silverware and cups, but could use more pots, pans, and baking sheets to be able to really cook for 12 or more people. We did pay to heat the pool, however it was never able to warm up due to the low evening temperatures and a couple of rainy days at the start of the week. Note, the spa is not a hot tub, it is the same temperature as the pool. Although we couldn’t enjoy the pool, the pool deck gets all the afternoon/evening sun, it was lovely to relax in the sun and watch the sunset. The community pool and hot tubs, at the club house, were perfect temperatures, and we enjoyed them every day. It was an easy walk from the house, but we’re also walk every where type people. If you’re not a walker, there is parking available at the club house.

Beautiful peaceful family getaway

We loved this home. It is beautiful and well laid out for large mixed families. The decor was perfect, especially the kids’ rooms! The commons area upstairs had two large couches that were perfect for family movie nights! It is close enough to the pool, about 5 minute walk. Only downfalls were that the dryer did not work- it would dry a little bit but even after several cycles, still had to hang clothes outside to dry. We should have heated the pool (that was our mistake). Even with weather in the high 70s-low 80s, the pool was pretty cool and we didn’t get to use it much. Also, the “hot tub” is not hot, same temp as the pool but with bubbles. They did a wonderful job cleaning. There was a lot of black hair found on the living room rug and carpet in upstairs bedroom. (With a place this big idk how they have time to clean the whole thing and pay attn to every detail). Everyone loved their bedrooms. It was only about 25 mins from Disney springs and 15 mins to champions gate. We loved four corners restaurant at champions gate and house of blues at Disney springs. Kitchen is well equipped. If you’re a coffee drinker, take coffee filters. The pool, arcade and workout room at the clubhouse were amazing!!!

Beautiful property

We loved this for our big family. With a lot of adults all the way to babies. We loved the pool, but take it from me....pay for the heat, we didn't and it was still cold in mid-march. The house required the central heat and air to be set between 74 and 78 and my home is usually 69 or 70 regularly so it was really warm, we had to open windows at night so I suggest a fan. The dryer also took multiple cycles to dry but I just assumed it was because it was so cool in the mornings and evenings outside. Otherwise it was an absolutely perfect place and my family is already talking about a return visit.

CHRISTMAS

The home was exactly as described. The property very accommodating for a large family . We had 11 and had pleanty of room. My only concern was the entry at the gate . The process for entry into the neighborhood was long.
