Family fun at the coast! Enjoy this OCEAN FRONT property with a gorgeous view from the oversized balcony and from inside the condo in the living room and master bedroom! Many updates this year, including LVP floors throughout (no carpet!). We are on the top floor, so neighbors above and amazing views. There are elevators on the property for easy access. There is a community boardwalk just steps from the elevator for a quick and easy path right to the beach.

Summary of Rooms:

MASTER BEDROOM & BATHROOM: King-size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands with lamps that have USB charging ports, smart TV with cable, desk, and sliding door to the balcony. Attached master bathroom with a single sink, tub/shower, and tons of shelves for all your toiletries.

SECOND BEDROOM & BATHROOM: Two twin beds, a small drawer set, 1 nightstand, and a lamp with a USB charging port, a smart TV with cable, and a small closet. The attached bathroom has a single sink, a large vanity, shelving, and a walk-in shower.

LIVING ROOM: Sofa has a queen-sized pull-out bed, two upholstered chairs, 65-inch TV with cable, two USB lamps on end tables, sliding door to the balcony offers amazing views of the entire room!

DINING ROOM: Dining table seats 6!

KITCHEN: Kitchen has all the necessities! Appliances include fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a coffee pot, toaster, and slow cooker. Stocked with all the dishes, silverware, pots and pans, glasses, and more. You will never enjoy dishes more than when you get to look out at the ocean while you work!

BALCONY: My favorite space! We have a Polywood dining table and 4 chairs, plus two Polywood Adirondack chairs and an end table. Start your day with coffee on the balcony and end it with dinner and a sunset.

LAUNDRY: Full-size washer and dryer, hooks and shelves for all your beach towels and toys

WHAT IS PROVIDED:

Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied, but we do not provide beach towels.
A start-up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets, and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. Should you need anything, contact the front desk or visit them to get more.

Our unit comes with a covered parking space. Spaces are reserved, so please park in the assigned spot, and if you bring an additional vehicle, it will need to be parked in the guest parking at the front of the complex.
