Summary:
17 miles from Arrowhead Stadium! Over 1800 sq.ft. in this charming , modern farmhouse. The entire home is yours. Private driveway with ample parking. Large, beautiful trees surround the property. A large family room with a 75inch t.v. Spacing kitchen/dining room perfect for gathering. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch or back patio. Every bedroom has a smart tv. There is a work desk in the sitting room along with a queen sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping area on the main level.
The Space:
Large mudroom
Large open kitchen and dining area. Stocked coffee bar. Kitchen stocked with all essentials and more.
Sitting room with a conversation space and desk
Large family room with two reclining sofas and chair, with an additional dining or game table. Large 75" Smart TV
Main floor bedroom with king bed and 43" Smart TV. Vanity area for getting ready
2 Main floor full bathrooms, one off dining room and one off the mud room. supplied with toiletries. There is NO bathroom upstairs.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with a twin bunk over it, 43" smart tv and desk area. Play space with toys for those traveling with children. Baby gates and playpen provided as well.

Guest have access to the grounds. There is 3/4 acres that you can use. Barn is inaccessible. Garages are available by request .

Large driveway with 2 access point on the north and east side of property. There is also parking available between garages and barn. Property is located of 2 main streets.

20 min To Arrowhead Stadium
10 min to Oak Park Mall
5 min or less to various shopping and dining options
5 min to I-35
Other Things to Note:
There is no bathroom on second level. Stairs are narrow and steep and not recommended for small children or those with mobility issues.
There is some occasional street noise. There are fans and noise machines in all the bedrooms.
