Great service, great home and location. Plus extra help!

The home is fantastic and larger than we thought with extra rooms. The perfect location to walk to everything Tavares. We let an item in the home and were pleased with quick assistance in retrieving the item. We will definitely stay there again.

Cozy spot perfectly located for the party

Great location right in the middle of the night life of Tavares/Lake Dora and only minutes away from Mt Dora/Eustis/Leesburg. We love the close proximity to all of the bars and restaurants. Very clean and comfy. Owner is very pleasant and answers promptly. If you stay here, you HAVE to try out Ironworks Steakhouse!!

Minimal

The house was in a great location to see the lake and go for walks. The communication and assistance was great from the owner. The kitchen has very basic items for cooking. There were no mixing bowls, measuring cups/spoons, or kitchen towels. We had mouse droppings in the silverware drawer. The master bedroom was missing the top sheet (flat sheet). I contacted the owner on a holiday and he responded quickly and brought items that were needed. Very respectful and much appreciated on a holiday. If you like more than one bath towel for each person, you may want to request more than one. The listing said a hot tub, but did not see one. I appreciated the ease of checking in and checking out. The owner communicated quickly during reservation process and while staying.
