Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Tavares, America’s Seaplane City.

Perfect for work trips, visiting family, snowbirds or just spending a fun weekend to enjoy Floridas entertainment and weather.

Bring your RV or boat to our side yard. There are at least 5 main lakes to explore.

Located just a few min away from Mount Dora and Tavares historical downtown with many restaurants, events, activities and shopping to do!

The space
3/2 Pool Home. This fabulous home features an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, large living room that is open to your dining room and kitchen, indoor laundry room, covered front porch and 2 car attached garage. The enclosed pool and amazing outdoor living space provide the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment

The entire house is available except the shed in the backyard.

Keep front door close. Don’t eat in the BR Close/lock all windows and doors when you leave. Leave all dirty towels/ bedsheets in laundry room.
Remove all pool activities items from the pool at check out. Turn off gas tanks when using outdoor grill. Make sure fire pit is off if used.
Take out trash from bathrooms, patio and kitchen. Place it in the trash bins located out of the garage. Leave all dishes in the dishwasher.

We stayed here while traveling for a wedding at Mission Inn, and the home was perfect for our needs. It had plenty of space for our family, was very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend this property.

This property was perfect for my family of 6. We went during the week of Thanksgiving. Was able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal..no can opener, and very limited spices ..but had what I needed for pots, pans, ect. We highly enjoyed the screened in pool, and entertaining space. Great place to stay while visiting family who lives in Mt Dora..a quick 10 min drive to their location. 10/10 VRBO stay.

We were 3 families in town for a bowling tournament. Everything about this property was amazing. Very clean, very comfortable, nicely decorated and well stocked.If I'm ever in Tavarres again this is where I will stay.

This property was perfect for our family; 4 adults visiting Tavares. Host was very accommodating when we had multiple changes to our reservations prior to our arrival. Home is very clean and location was perfect for our event at Eustis Fish Camp.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was it was very clean. Don’t make the same mistake I did, read the whole page as there is a 40 fee for heating the pool. Didn’t see this when I booked as it is the last line in the description. I have no problem paying this fee, just no mention of it during the booking process and the pool was 65 when we arrived. Loved the outdoor living space, and yes, the kitchen is minimally stocked. The host was very accommodating and came out to turn on the pool heat for us. Thank you!

The house was clean and fresh. The beds were so comfortable and the layout couldnt be better. We loved the lanai and the front porch! The kitchen is beautiful and has thoughtful items like storage containers and a great set of pots and pans. We were in town to visit family and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very nice house that was very comfortable, home like feeling, that was close to all events for my reunion. Pool was a great bonus but did not get to enjoy it as much as I would have liked.

Perfect for our family!

We very much enjoyed our stay! My husband, six children (ages 10-20), and I were visiting family who live close by, and this was perfect for our week. We spent two days at Disney and 1 day at the beach, and this house was perfect to relax in the rest of the time. The kids enjoyed the pool and games, and it was wonderful to have a washer and dryer and other amenities. The cleanliness and decor are top notch and given the chance, we will visit again! Communication was great and I give this my top review!

It was very nice, exactly as advertised and if it had been summer I’m not sure I would have been able to get my boys out of the back yard to attend the wedding we flew down for! Lol. Highly recommended!!
