Beautiful apartment, modern and fully equipped. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room. Internet with Wi-Fi connection, Neftlix. Beach towels, bath towels, bed linen are provided. BBQ, beach chairs, beach umbrella. The main room has a private bathroom and a King bed. The other two bedrooms share a Queen size bed and a full bathroom. It has A/C in all rooms and living room.

The whole family enjoyed it

My kids loved the pools and playgrounds. The location was great, as it's close to, but not in the middle of, retail/grocery/etc, as well as the Yunque national park, and Pinones.

Pools are not maintained properly. Water is cloudy in some. Only one of the hot tubs was heated and that was only around 100 degrees Fahrenheit. The condo itself was very nice, clean and updated. Putt putt golf course needs repairs.

Beautiful resort, great property

Check in and communication were stellar with the property manager throughout our stay. The resort and condo are clean and well kept. Super great stocking of pool/beach toys that we really appreciated having with our large group staying in 2 condos. The kitchen could use some more basic supplies like a cutting board and baking sheets but we managed. Aquatika is quiet large and the location of this rental is about in the middle so you are within easy walking distance of everything. The neighborhood is not the most appealing so we didn't walk off the resort at all. We mostly stayed on the resort or drove to the nearby beaches, restaurants, rainforest and visted Old San Juan. For the activities we wanted to do, Loiza & Aquatika resort were a great middle point for us and would highly recommend to families especially those with young children.

The overall property seemed like a good bargain. However, once our trip was done, I received a disgusting message from the host stating that she was going to charge me an extra cleaning fee (which I can’t mention the exact dollar amount per Expedia review rules, but her charge was severely excessive) for sweeping up sand. She called me a filthy person and that I should be embarrassed about myself. I have attached the 2 pictures that she sent me for her “excessive cleaning” charge. All along she was just mad because my family got bed bugs/flees from this resort. All of these “problems” started to escalate once I sent her a picture of the bites on our bodies. Overall, do better research and read all the reviews!
