Welcome to our spacious, furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath home in Calhoun, Georgia. It is set up roommate-style, with a bathroom attached to each bedroom, so it works well for colleagues or friends sharing a long business stay.



Comfortable, modern furnishings help you relax after a long day at work. Cook in the full kitchen, keep up with laundry in the unit, and stay connected on fast Wi-Fi. The master bedroom has its own smart TV for winding down.



The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood close to I-75, and Gordon Healthcare and downtown Calhoun are a short drive away.



GUEST REQUIREMENTS

We ask guests to care for the home and be considerate of the neighbors. The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Kids and families are welcome. A signed rental agreement, ID, and a fully refundable $500 security deposit are required.



PETS

One small dog is welcome, for a $100 fee. We cannot accept dangerous breeds, including pit bulls, chows, and Dobermans, because of insurance restrictions.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This is not a vacation destination. The neighborhood is pretty run down. The yard needed mowing and there was hardly any patio space. Inside the property was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night and found somewhere else to stay. It really is a working man’s rental.
