About this property
Serenity in the Crest
We purchased this first floor condo in 2019. We love the peace and quiet while being only four blocks to the ocean and walking distance to the promenade at Sunset Lake. Enjoy the quaint breakfast spot at the end of the street for coffee and an amazing seafood dinner within a block. Our home has a large front porch with two assigned parking stalls. We’re a first floor home so very accessible to renters. We hope you’ll enjoy this casual coastal inspired home. Renters will have access to the front first floor porch, the rear outside showers is not part of this rental. We ask that no towels or other items be hung on the front porch railings.
