This third floor condo is one of the closest in Orange Beach to the water. Let the sound of the surf relax your mind as your eyes wander over the expansive gulf views. This is the third unit east of Perdido Pass (Alabama Point Bridge) which is next to a preserve. This is a low density complex and the pools are not on the beachside, which translates to 'quiet beachfront'.

This unit is located in the tower on the Beach with private balcony - the sunrise and sunset can both be seen and are unbelievably beautiful! In addition to the multiple on-site amenities of Lei Lani, and the luxurious accommodations of the unit, Orange Beach and Perdido Key is a vacation dream for you and your family.

Recommended area restaurants include Tacky Jack's, LuLu's, Cosmos, Live Bait, as well as the many restaurants featured at The Warf. Several hamburger, pizza and Bar-B-Q locations are also nearby. If local music and bar action is your thing, the famous Florabama is an easy walk (less than 8/10ths of a mile) so you can drink and enjoy without worrying about driving.

If you have two cars, an extra parking pass (if needed) must be purchased upon your arrival at the condo office located in the main Lei Lani tower on the beach (adjacent to the indoor heated pool). The cost for the additional parking pass is $17. If a car is onsite overnight without a parking pass, the association will tow it.

Karen and I purchased this condo because we love the beach. Karen loves to sit on the beach and have a nice adult beverage while talking to friends and family, I enjoy scuba diving, boating and golf. We both enjoy the sunset while sipping a glass of wine. While we are happy to rent, we are equally happy when not rented to use and enjoy ourselves. Please come and enjoy a little slice of heaven that we enjoy as often as we can. Why Keith & Karen Donaldson chose Orange Beach East

We chose Orange Beach because of the beautiful white beaches, the many activities close by, the boat dock in the back and the closeness to Floribama. Combine these aminities with the fact the condo is only 3 1/2 hours from home and it makes the perfect retreat for us.

What makes this condo unique

Karen and I are both active so we enjoy a wide range of activities such as sunning on the beach, swimmining in one of the 3 pools, playing tennis, biking along the shore and in the nearby State park, scuba diving, boating, water skiing and tubing. We also enjoy dining out as well as a wonderfully cooked meal (Karen is a terrific cook) with a great bottle of wine while watching the sunset.

Fantastic condo

The view is amazing and beautiful. The co do is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great Condo

It is a wonderful condo. Beautiful and directly on the beach. It was clean and had the softest linens. Something great to consider is that it has a key pad lock on the door so no fumbling for a key in your beach bag. I'd recommend it for a couple or a small family. The owners Keith and Karen are easy to work with and will answer any questions. Give them a try.

Perfect

Dolphins swam by each morning. Sunshine, immaculate beach and a priceless view from living area and deck. Very comfortable bedroom and an extra half bath to boot. Incredible swimming beach, shallow for well over 100 feet out into the water for playing in the gulf. Convenient and plentiful parking and an elevator dropping us steps from our door. What more could you ask for in paradise?

Perfect!

The unit was decorated very nice. The view was amazing! Very clean and had everything we needed. The owner, Keith, was very responsive to our questions and very helpful. The beach is very clean and wasn't too busy at all. Be sure to go out at night to hunt for crabs! The owners thought of everything....the only thing we would suggest is a broom and dust pan so we could clean up the sand that accumulated on the floor during our stay. There is a vacuum but just wouldn't pick up all of the sand. Overall a perfect stay and will be back for sure!!

Loved the View!!

Perfect condo for my family of 4! If you want easy access to the beach and beautiful views, this is the condo for your family as well! We loved that the beaches weren't crowded and enjoyed meeting new families on the beach and seeing them each day we were there. We enjoyed several different restaurants and all were about a 5 minute drive. Perfect condo for our beach vacation! Karen and Keith were both great to work with! Thank you so much for sharing your view with our family!!

Clean and adequate

The condo is as described. It is clean and convenient to shops and restaurants. However, the building itself is old and parking is very limited. If you leave for dinner, you may come back to find nowhere to park.

The owner was very responsive when we could not get the key code to work upon our arrival.

Owner's Response: Hi Julie: We're happy that we were able to assist you when you needed us. Lei Lani may be an older property, but it is well maintained, and what attracted us to it is it's low density and closeness to the beach. One of our photos indicates the main parking area with overflow spaces outside of the wall. Your visit was July 4th week which is the busiest vacation week of the year. Otherwise parking is rarely a challenge. It is our sincere hope that all of our guests have an enjoyable stay with us and we hope that you did too. Karen & Keith

Refundable damage deposit $150
Cleaning Fee $80 + Tax
Tax Rate 13.0%

There is a $20 Parking Fee you pay at the office when you arrive. If you arrive when the office is closed or unattended, just put a note on your windshield that you will dropping by the office soon with the payment. You will not be towed without notice.

There is a $150 refundable deposit due at booking. The Quote for the Rental is due 60 days in advance and is in addition to the deposit. Upon leaving, the deposit is fully refundable as long as there is no damage and nothing is missing. The deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks. We have only withheld a deposit twice, both times with the renters admitting they had damaged the unit.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
