We are happy to hear that you were overall very happy with your stay. The photos reflect that the space in the bedroom is ample, accommodating 2 nightstands and a 6 drawer dresser. Thank you Ryan for your kind remarks. The building was closed for construction for almost 2 years! Any construction noises you may have heard were being done by individual unit owners and not the overall building. I’m glad that it didn’t disrupt your stay and that you were comfortable in our unit. Our condo is cleaned, including linens after every stay. We have plenty reviews remarking about the cleanliness and I am surprised that you found that the linens were not clean. Had you reached out, we could have immediately addressed this with our cleaning service. This building is non-smoking by ordinance. A complaint to management on the first floor would have resolved this. It is unfortunate that we were not notified and given a chance to remedy issues. We agree that our beach view is the best! I have great empathy for his situation. I told him to remove his booking (only he can do this not me) and I would rebook it which would probably have happened. He never removed his booking. I also told him on the phone I would allow him to have the same number of days within a year if he wanted. I do not know what else I could do. I am sorry for his situation.

We are glad that you had an enjoyable stay. This is our hope for all of our guests. The building opened for the first time in over 18 months in April after undergoing a major renovation including installing BRAND NEW elevators. I can assure you that they are working properly and may have been out of use for installation upgrades. There are two elevators in the lobby. Because our condo is on the third floor from the ground, stairs are a great option when the elevators are in use. You did reach out to us during your stay and made us aware of the sand and bedding that was left inside the sofa bed. Rest assured that we passed that along to our housekeeper who is generally very meticulous when cleaning our condo. We have been to the condo since you departed and addressed the drain issue and also checked on other routine maintenance. A broom and dust pan is available for our guests. We will check to make sure that it wasn’t misplaced or replace it if it was removed from the condo. We apologize for the minor issues and are thrilled that you enjoyed your time.
