Welcome to Emerald Skye 31! We are excited to share our gulf-front "Shore Thing" so you can experience a 5-star seaside escape.
You won't be surprised by hidden admin or management fees.
Breakdown of Fees: Parking ($50) + Cleaning ($120) + Nightly Rate + 2.5% service fee charged by booking site + sales tax

You won't be hassled trying to communicate through a middle man.
Emerald Skye 31 is owned and managed by us, Becky and Chris Chidester. 👋 We are part-time locals who know Orange Beach. We respond immediately to our guests so you can stay in vacation mode without worry.

The view of course! Savor it from your private balcony. While the pier adds to the scenery, it belongs to the condo next door and is not available for our guests to use.
And the beach! Your sandy backyard playground is the Gulf of Mexico.

Check-in is 4 pm central time.
Check-out is 10 am central time.
Complimentary luggage carts and elevator are available.


IMPORTANT NOTES
The responsible renter must be 25 years or older.

No pets, no smoking (not even on balcony), no exceptions.
Changes to dates within 14 days of guests reservation are not allowed. Cancellation policy strictly applies.

The pier next door is strictly off-limits to Emerald Skye. Yes, it's alluring, but it's private to that other condo.


WHAT ABOUT HURRICANES??

Hurricane season is June 1 - November 30.
In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane, all pre- and post-storm information concerning Emerald Skye Condominium will be posted on the Madarinn Group website.

Our regular cancellation policy applies, except when Orange Beach is under a mandatory evacuation order.
You may want to purchase your own private Travel Insurance.

Nice unit at the end on 3rd floor, plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 young children as well. Nice view of the beach and support facilities nearby. We would stay here again.

Growing up, Becky and Chris, have seen a lot of the United States and the world. (We are military brats!) We have seen a lot of beautiful places. So when we decided to retire around 2010, we looked around the world to see where we wanted to retire. We chose the Gulf Coast! We love the white sandy beaches and the beautiful Gulf water! Then, we found a place on the beach with direct Gulf views! Now, we would love to share our beautiful condo, the Shore Thing, with you!
