Peaceful Quiet comfort with no neighbors in sight or earshot but it's Only 15 min. to shopping, dining and entertainment in Bastrop. Only 35 min. to ATX. Nearby are hiking and fishing at Buescher State Park, Bastrop State Park and Lake Bastrop, a renown Bass lake or canoeing at Bastrop River Co. The home was very cozy and clean. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of five is it was cold a in the evening and night and temp was controlled by host. I didn’t want to bother him so we just made do. The house was equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, lots of seating when our family visited. Good pillows on beds and very comfortable livingroom furniture and nice TV.

A very spacious cabin in the woods. Lots of peace, quiet, and the occasional wildlife. Beds are good. Full kitchen has most everything you need. No issues communicating with the host. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was very cute. My brother and I were very comfortable, and the cabin provided everything we needed, There was even a plus that we had not expected. Every morning, we saw deer grazing in the front yard.
