Here is your chance to stay at this massive 3 story Mansion surrounded by horse pasture and beautiful views of the mountains of Southern Utah. Originally built in 1982, this luxury tudor has been completely renovated but still has the timeless cherry wood throughout. The home sits on an acre in one of the cutest towns on your way to Zion National Park. We host reunions and weddings or whatever family occasion you want remembered forever! Below you will see a breakdown of each area of the home.

*Inside the main home you will find:
-4 living room areas. The upstairs library has a desk and printer, as well as a comfy sofa and large TV. The main floor has a sitting room with a grand piano and lots of seating. There is also a sunken living room next to the dining area for another great place to watch on the big screen. The basement has a large recreation room with a ping pong/pool table, large couch and TV and a bowling lane!
-A Large kitchen, stocked with the all of the essentials for cooking. We open up the communal pantry which will make meal planning such a breeze! You will have access to the 3 ovens, 2 dishwashers, large fridge and freezer and plenty of seating at the island.
-Five Bedrooms each one with it's own en suite. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms each with a King bed and a private deck. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a King Bed and a Queen over Queen bunk bed. There is one bedroom on the main level with easy access for those that may not want to do stairs. It has a King bed and walk in shower. The bunk room is in the basement with plenty of beds and room on the couches for more!
-Along with the 5 bathrooms connected to each bedroom we have one more full back and one half bath. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soaps, towels and a hair dryer. There is also a bathroom in the pool room located outside by the pool.
-Separate from the main home are two Casitas. Each Casita has it's own private entrance. The Casita on the upper level has a Living room with sleeper sofa, a kitchen and a private deck. There is one full bathroom in the hall. The first bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom has a full bed and then a bunk bed -Queen over Queen. The lower Casita also has a living room with sleeper sofa, a full kitchen and bathroom and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has a twin bed and then a bunk bed twin over twin.

You will have access to the entire one acre and home. No shared spaces, no shared amenities. In the yard you will find:

Fire pit
Outdoor Kitchen and Grill
*The pool will be heated from Mid February through Mid October. If needed we can bring the pool up to temperature during the other months as well. Southern Utah gets very warm in the summer so you will appreciate a nice cool pool to jump into!
The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful yet we are only 4 minutes from the interstate so you can get anywhere you need to go quickly.
