Our condo is located in the beautiful and historic Central City. We love this neighborhood and we think that you will too. Our home is minutes away from the historic streetcars that will take you to the heart of the French Quarter or into the Historic Garden District. At your doorstep are Greek revival and Victorian mansions, museums, and world-class restaurants. Walk down Magazine Street and explore the miles of galleries, antique stores, and boutiques waiting for you there. Or simply walk the other direction a few minutes and tour around the CBD where some of New Orleans' best restaurants await.
All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.
Getting Around:
Our convenient location and safe neighborhood make this your ultimate travel destination. We are nestled in between the beautiful Lower Garden District and CBD while still close to most major sites. We are a 10 minute walk to the WWII Museum, a 5 minute walk to the St Charles at Erato streetcar stop, and the home features plentiful on-street parking. While there is plenty to see and do here on foot, we are a quick 15-20 minute drive to the Superdome and French Quarter, depending on the time of day and traffic conditions.

-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.
-Pets are not allowed at this property.
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.
Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
