Enjoy easy access to everything from this ideally located home base. This single-family cul-de-sac house offers 4 bedrooms with hardwood flooring throughout the living room and dining room with a kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances.

Conveniently close to Shirlington Plaza, Pentagon Mall, and Alexandria Inova Hospital.

Each room is eloquently decorated and conveniently functional. Guest has easy-to-access charging ports on every room and bedroom side table for all their electronics.

There are 14 stairs down w/ hand rail from the street to the private front door entrance.

Private, Entire house. Around 1820 sq.f. Includes AC, and heat. No washer & dryer.

• Parking
Complimentary parking. 2 On-site public parking in front of the house and more at the entrance of the cul-de-sac.

• Sleeping
4 separate bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 2 Full bed, 1 twin daybed. Bedding is provided, also 4 tower fans, and luggage racks.

Comfortable and clean. The neighborhood felt safe with easy parking and accessible to all DC sites. Beds were comfy and kitchen/bathrooms were spotless with everything one might need, including plenty of towels. It was great having three bathrooms. There were a lot of stairs so this wouldn’t be the place for anyone with mobility issues.

This quiet home had plenty of space and was well stocked for our group of 5 to rest and eat in comfort while in the area to celebrate graduation at a DC university. A glitch in the cleaning process (fault of previous guest) was quickly addressed and resolved. Steve was proactive, responsive, and helpful.We would definitely stay here again when visiting DC!

Steve’s house was a fantastic find for our group of five. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Common areas were great, and the kitchen is equipped with every dish and utensil imaginable. The location is perfect for anyone on a DC visit— easy access to downtown and everything the city offers. Our only regret was that our stay was too short! Hopefully we’ll rectify that on our next visit. Five stars.

Nice VA stay!

My family and I came to VA for a family wedding, and needed a cozy spot for all 5 of us. This spot was perfect, the adults were all hpstairs and our adult kids were able to have their own space downstairs, TV and all. The house was very clean, then snacks and water were perfect (our plane was delayed) for our late arrival. The owner was fantastic in working with me and VRBO to add a night. Would definately book again if we find ourselves in VA again!

This house worked out great for our family’s visit to DC. It is nicely updated. Was very clean. Comfortable mattresses. Kitchen stocked with what we needed (we only ate breakfast there). Some nice amenities, including some snacks and waters and a fan in every bedroom. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Owner was responsive when we had a question.

Comfortable and cozy stay for family of 5!

We were so pleased with the lovely home, especially for relaxing after a day of touring around DC. The two bedrooms on the lower level are comfy and have their own bathrooms and sitting area. The upstairs bedrooms had all we needed as well, each with own bathroom. We drove to the metro stop and parked but found easier to just Uber to Metro. Thank you to our host!

Great place!

Super cute house! Fit all of us for our weekend stay! Parking was available right in front of house, which is such a huge thing when staying so close to the city! Easy in and out, super clean! All info available when you walk in the door! Extra blankets and pillows available in every room! The large shower in the basement was fantastic!!

Attention to detail was outstanding. Beautiful & charming residence with easy access to DC & outer areas. The kitchen, bedrooms, living room & TV room make it an ideal place for a family or small group of 5-7. Outside deck during the warmer months is a huge plus! Go for it, this is a best kept secret.

5 day Wash DC trip

We wanted to be close to DC and in particular the Arlington Cemetary. We were a group of 6 adults (2 couples and 2 singles), and this fit our needs nicely with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was well appointed, however we didn’t cook there. We went during the end of the Cherry Blossom Festival, and it was a 15 min drive to Arlington Cemetary and 20 min to the Mall in traffic. The owner communicated regularly and we had a great time.
