Centrally located in Cheeryhurst neighborhood. It’s close to restaurants / bars / parks, yet on quiet street that is lined up with mature oak trees and plenty of parking.

Comes with everything needed for a comfortable stay including many kitchen appliances. Smart lights and thermostats. Sonos Surround sound system

The house is secured with exterior safety cameras.

Sleeping arrangement:
1) Luxurious master suite with king size bed (2 people)
2) Guest bedroom with a queen size bed and ensuite bath (2 people)
3) Office on 1st floor has a queen size sleeper sofa (2 people)
4) Futon on 4th floor (1 person)
