The charming cottage-style curb appeal features a modern front door that opens directly into the open KITCHEN and DINING spaces. The first thing that will catch your eye is the vibrant, vintage-inspired mosaic tile design, which flows beautifully throughout the entire home. The open kitchen features both white and matte black cabinetry, as well as a gorgeous marble countertop and backsplash. Premier appliances include an in-drawer microwave, a dishwasher, a wine fridge, a full-size fridge, and a sleek electric range. In the DINING SPACE, there’s an upholstered bench and plenty of extra seating for everyone.

Around the corner from the open dining space is the inviting LIVING AREA, with large, bright windows overlooking the backyard. Here, you’ll find a plush sectional sofa and large HDTV, plus a sliding glass door leading out to the resort-style swimming pool.

Down the hallway, the first of three bedrooms is the PRIMARY SUITE, which includes an elegant wicker headboard and a luxe queen-size bed. In the subway-tiled ENSUITE BATHROOM, there’s a shower combo and a marble vanity. Next to the bathroom is a LAUNDRY NOOK with a stacked washer and dryer. The SECOND GUEST BEDROOM houses a comfy queen-size bed, while the THIRD GUEST BEDROOM has a twin-over-twin-size bunk bed. Another FULL BATHROOM has a step-in shower.
