Originally from PA and a PSU Alumni I've lived in many places and enjoyed the benefits of many Resort type communities. Miami FL, Scottsdale/Cave Creek, AZ, Breckenridge, CO, Satellite Beach FL to name a few. Elaine is originally from the Bay Area, Saratoga CA. She also lived in San Diego CA, Scottsdale AZ, and Satellite Beach FL. I'm a former Military Pilot and an Airline Pilot of over 35 years. Elaine was a Flight Attendant for 16 years and has been very involved in Equestrian Sports and Training. my first Hosting experience was with a Mountainside Duplex I rented in Colorado as a short term vacation property. Since then we have actively been involved in Florida Real Estate for over 25 years with a small Development company we started in 2000. Elaine branched out from the development side and has been a Realtor here on the Space Coast for over 6 years. We've been married over 26 yrs with two grown children and two german shepherd pups. We regularly enjoy boating, all water sports, paddle surfing, skiing, snowboarding, and of course dining out and entertainment. Our lives have pretty much have always related to travel, resort- vacation style living, an active outdoor lifestyle, and interacting with others that share that same passion. Moving from long-term property to Hosting shorter term vacation style rental was right in our wheel house. We enjoy being in a position to use our past experience to help make our guests have a truly special stay at one of our properties.

The area is both a beautiful wide beach with private access and parking, yet close walking distance to dining, entertainment, bars, shopping, and other services. The area is very up and coming with new restaurants, shops, and entertainment opening regularly. With Highway A1A being seperated into adivided North and South Roads, walking and relaxing is easy and safe.
