New 2023 Deer Point Lake House with Kayaks, EV Charger, & Dock - Dog Friendly

Bring the whole family and escape to our enchanting lakefront haven nestled on the shores of Deer Point Lake! Please read the entire description before booking to ensure you book the correct unit for your group's size and needs. This Listing is for booking the entire cottage. Our newly built lakefront cottage was built with vacation rental in mind. It has 3 individual units with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and covered porches on each unit and sleeps 9 total.

Each unit has a private entrance with door code locks locks and a common laundry area. All of the units are soundproofed and one of the units has a full kitchen. The other two units have kitchenettes.

Units:
Bluegill - King bed, with a full bathroom, kitchenette, living room and dining area. (Sleeps 2)

Egret - Studio style unit with a queen and twin bed. It has a full bath with a shower and bathtub combo, a full kitchen, living room, and dining area. (Sleeps 3)

Lilypad - King bed and twin over twin bunk bed with a full bathroom, kitchenette, living room and dining area. (Sleeps 4 )

Each unit also has two smart TVs with over 200 channel options. All three units have recliner couches and recliner chairs or love seats and tables and chairs for dining or workspace.

Deer Point lake is known for its big bass and record Shellcrackers so bring your fishing pole, boat or jet ski. There are 2 fishing Kayaks, a charcoal grill, picnic table, and a lake side fire pit for guest use. A private boat dock and trailer parking is available for guest use as well. There is a 50 amp / 240 volt EV plug for our guests traveling in electric vehicles, and a 50 amp RV site on the property if you are traveling in an RV.

Each unit has its own private entrance and key pad, and guests have access to a full washer and dryer.

We allow dogs with an additional pet fee. Dogs must be crated or taken with the owner if you leave the property.

Other details to note:
The cottage is located 25 minutes from Panama City beach, Pier Park, and several other beaches. It is only 15 minutes from Panama City airport, 20 minutes from Tyndall Air Force Base, and a 45 minute drive to Seaside and 30A area.

Self check-in with keypad. Each unit has a private entrance with door code locks and a common laundry area.

Only the first dog is included in the pet fee during your stay; each additional dog is subject to a $50 fee.

Bring your own firewood and charcoal for use of the firepit and grill.

Bring your boat or jet skis to explore the lake, or enjoy some great fishing as the lake has very little fishing pressure on it. Fishing, hunting, birding, kayaking, or boating on the rivers make for great day activities. Relaxing on the lake just steps outside your front door is also a good option.

Additional $15 to have access to the EV charger during your stay. There is an RV pad on the property for rent by you or other guests as well. The RV Pad has sewage, water, electrical at the pad, and there is an additional charge if you would like to use it during your stay.
