The space
We welcome you to our home for your next Austin getaway! Snacks and beverages are available to make you feel right at home upon arrival. Large windows looking into the backyard with a door that opens up right into the living room area. Great for getting together with family and friends.
One bedroom is on the first floor with attached bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are upstairs with a bathroom in the main hallway. Kitchen, living room and breakfast nook are open concept. The living room sofa turns into a full size sofa bed if needed. Fast wifi, Smart TV, Firesticks to access your accounts on all televisions in home. There is covered parking for two and additional street parking.

Beds and bedrooms are inviting and spacious so you can relax and spread out.

Kitchen includes dishes, cookware, glasses, serving plates. Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and Garbage Disposal.

Washer & Dryer

This is our home and we are excited to have you come stay! You will find some toddler toys in the backyard and baby gates near the stairs since we have a small child. We are nearby if you have any additional needs during your stay.

Guests have access to 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Living, Dining, Kitchen, Laundry, backyard patio & large backyard, and driveway.

*No parties or large events allowed in home.
*This home is in a quiet cul-de-sac. Please drive slowly.

*Pets (up to 2) are allowed with fee. Pets must be kenneled if left unattended. Pets should be kept off beds/furniture. Pet waste must be cleaned up and pets should be leashed outside of home. Please communicate in advance if you have a pet. Thanks!
