This pet-friendly condo has 1 king bed, 2 twin beds, and a pull-out sofa in the Living Room! Cable TV is included so you don't miss the big game! Park up to two vehicles under the Condos next to the stairs.

There is a shared pool and hot tub, a balcony out of the living space, and a relaxing area down below the condo with 2 nice chairs and a view of the canal. There is a small electric grill for your convenience on the balcony!
You may access all of the condo except the Owner's Closet in the Master Bathroom. Rental Agreement Required to Book and receive check-in instructions to view before booking please request a copy.

Seasonal Tips:
*Follow the fb group "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restuarant times as they adjust to busier or slower times
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.

Pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Up to 2 dogs, under 50 lbs, kenneled if alone. $150 pet fee.
This rental is located on the second floor and climbing stairs is required. 
Parking notes: Should be plenty of parking under the building, however there is overflow parking as well.
