The space
As you step through the door into this gorgeous light filled space, you are immediately taken aback by the large floor to ceiling windows that allow you to take in and expereince an unobstructed view of the beauty of the nature that surrounds you.

The natural Chukum walls, derived from The Chukum Tree found throughout the Yucatan Peninsula and the natural rustic flooring add to the eco chic decor that blends ancient wisdom of the Maya with modern design.

As you wonder towards the back of the house, you'll see the sleek design of the fully equipped kitchen, with his end appliances where you and your loved ones or group can prepare delicious meals to enjoy, either indoors in the dining area, al fresco (outside) or by the pool.
You can also hire our private Chef so you can rest and restore sipping on a glass on Wine or an ice cold beverage while meals are being made for you.

Each bedroom has its own design and ensuite 'spa like' bathroom with a 'walk in' shower. The memory foam mattresses and cotton bedding provide comfortable and sound sleep.

You can begin your slow mornings on the roof top deck sipping your tea, coffee or Mimosa, taking in the views of the jungle and the sounds of nature. There is a separate secluded space for yoga, meditation, journaling or simple quiet contemplation. Its a perfect way to start your day!

Our fresh water plunge pool is perfect for cooling off, hanging out and chatting with your friends or family, and our sun loungers await for you to relax unwind or work on your tan!

There is plenty of space indoors for just hanging out, watching Netflix or listening to music, either together or alone. The communal area pool, deck and man made Cenote is just a few short steps away and available for use.

This Villa can also be used to organize an intimate retreat, a girls get-away, a start up business mastermind group event, or just a 'time away from it all' vacation, with a loved one, alone or simply some much needed family time.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire villa, private plunge pool and its rooftop deck seating and relaxation area. The common area pool, yoga room are available for use. You can walk within the residential grounds freely to enjoy nature.

We highly recommend renting a car or asking for a private Taxi service in order to get to any destinations outside of the property complex.
