5 Star Villa Holidays is proud to present Fethiye Apartment 1003.
You are invited to experience all the privileges of the world-famous Calis Beach! Located in a large complex by the sea, this beautiful apartment consists of two floors.
You can enjoy the magnificent sea view and the sunset from the private terrace of our flat.
Located right next to all social facilities, our apartment has a living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
One of the bedrooms has a large double bed. The other bedroom has two single beds. All our rooms are air-conditioned. You can have a fun and pleasant time with the satellite, television and DVD player in the living room.
Our site Sunset Beach Club provides a five-star holiday opportunity such as five large communal swimming pools, a heated indoor swimming pool, a sports center, Turkish bath, sauna and beauty salon, mini market, restaurant, cafe and bar.
The water sports center right next to our private beach offers you many activities such as surfing, catamaran sailing, kite surfing and diving.
Bedrooms
1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning and bathroom.
2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioner.
Living Room: There is 1 sitting group (sofa bed for 1 person comfortably), dining table, LCD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, and shared bathroom and toilet.
Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in set, microwave oven, kettle, dinnerware, and all kitchen utensils are adequate.
Pool: There is a communal swimming pool in the garden.
Garden: There is a communal swimming pool, sunbathing area, shower, sun loungers and umbrellas in the site garden.
Balcony: There is a balcony for both bedrooms and the living room has a large balcony with pool view, barbecue and dining table with 6 chairs.
Free Services: Reception, electricity, water, gas, daily pool and garden maintenance, one spare sheet and towel per person, internet.
Paid Services: Airport transfers, daily cleaning upon request, daily tours, car rental.
Damage Deposit: A deposit of 1,000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance and if no damage is done to the house, the fee is refunded on the check-out date.
