Welcome to your home-away-from-home for the holidays!

Our cheerful 5-bedroom home—featuring 9 cozy beds—is perfectly located just minutes from Seaworld and Lackland AFB, making it an ideal base for exploring San Antonio’s top attractions during the magical holiday season. Whether you're in town to visit family, enjoy holiday lights, or simply relax, our home is ready to make your stay merry and bright.
If you’re planning a festive feast, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite holiday dishes. Prefer dining out? You'll find plenty of great restaurants nearby to enjoy a warm holiday meal. When it's time to unwind, spread out in one of two spacious family rooms or gather for fun in the game room—perfect for holiday movie nights or friendly competitions.

On sunny Texas winter days, step outside to fire up a holiday BBQ or take a refreshing dip in the pool. (While the pool isn’t heated, the spa offers bubbly relaxation!)

Our home features smart-lock entry for smooth check-ins, four smart TVs for cozy holiday streaming, and comfortable accommodations for up to 10 adults and 4 children.
Before arrival, guests will receive an email with a pool-use waiver that must be signed.

You’ll enjoy full access to the home—excluding two owner closets. We live close by and are happy to assist if needed, while always respecting your privacy so you can enjoy a peaceful holiday stay.

Getting Around:

Uber, Lyft, or your personal car are all great options. Please ensure your guest count is accurate, as pricing adjusts accordingly. There is a $25/person/day fee for unregistered guests.
Pool Note:

The pool is serviced every Tuesday and will be unavailable for 3–4 hours during that time.
Texas Wildlife Notice:

Though rare, Texas wildlife can make an appearance. If you encounter anything unusual, please notify us immediately. We work diligently to keep the home pest-free.

An amazing stay!

This was the perfect family, friendly spot. Host thoughtfully provided main necessities that you would need for stay, The game room and pool were our favorites, There was also plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our family!

Perfect for Airforce BMT graduation

We stayed here for my brother's graduation from BMT. The home was well suited for our family and friends, especially with the babies! The owner was extremely friendly and responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Great house for extended family vacation

The house was great for our family of 8 vacation. The accommodations were nice and we found everything we needed. Most of the attractions we visited were a 20-25 minute drive from the house. There was a local Walmart Grocery close by and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The kids enjoyed hanging out in the game room and playing with the gaming system. The kids also used the pool during our stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Fantastic House With Everything You Need

My family of 10 booked this property for Christmas 2023. We selected this house because it had the best option for sleeping arrangements. The house was spotless and had very comfortable furniture. The large kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. There are 2 living areas in addition to the game room, so plenty of room for a large group. We were excited to use the hot tub, but it’s not a hot tub. It’s a spa, (without heat) so we weren’t able to use it. Fantastic place for a large group!

Eclipse Family Getaway!

The perfect location and size for our extended family gathering! 12 of us traveled from Washington state for the eclipse, including 4 kiddos under 12! This home was the PERFECT size for all of us, we never felt cramped and the amenities were plenty! There were a few minor issues that were resolved so quickly! Communication was outstanding. The kids loved the playroom and pool, and the Xbox! My 90 year old grandma came up as well, and was comfortable-though the bedrooms are all upstairs so take note if there’s any accessibility issues in your group! The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to really cook some meals! And the dining seating was large enough for all of us! Would love to see a couple coffee tables so we had a place to place drinks while watching baseball. But overall an outstanding place for a large group in a great neighborhood!!
