We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is a little older; however, it was immaculately clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook. We will stay here again when we come back to visit our kids.

This is the first time we used VRBO and couldn’t have a better experience. Our condo was clean and the layout was great. Our 14 year loved the condo and said she never wants stay in a hotel again.I was very impressed with our host. She responded to questions that I had within minutes. She also provided us with cellphone number.We were in Mesa for my daughter’s swim meet and the condo was right the corner. I hope we will have the same meet on our calendar next year so we can reserve the condo again.

The condo was very comfortable, the amenities were good. We loved the pool & hot tub especially. We were familiar with the area, so very easy to get around. We enjoyed ourselves. The only downside was road traffic & helicopters coming & going from the hospital across the street!

The host was kind, responsive, and helpful. Unfortunately, the surrounding community made this the worst VRBO experience I’ve ever had.The neighbors regularly blasted loud music until 2–3 AM, and police were called at least once. On our final night, a neighbor’s vehicle exploded and caught fire, damaging three other vehicles, including mine.My car is less than a year old. Two toddler car seats were destroyed, leaving us scrambling to find replacements just to get our kids safely to the airport. We were also in the middle of a cross-country move and had to cancel scheduled vehicle transport, creating additional expenses and complications.To make matters worse, less than 24 hours after the fire, the HOA/management company threatened to tow the damaged vehicle despite knowing the situation.I understand none of this was the host’s fault, but the lack of compassion from the community and management was disappointing.The host was great. The neighborhood and HOA were not. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, stress-free stay in Mesa.

Great Stay

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights and it suited us perfectly. The condo was well appointed with everything that we could have needed. The communication was excellent and the owner went above and beyond for us. If you wish to stay in this corner of the Phoenix area, I would highly recommend this rental.
