Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains to the north and east. Watch the beautiful sunrise from the balcony each morning.
The space
2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom carriage house located behind garage attached to the main house by a breezeway.
Guest access
Access from the driveway is through the gate on the west side of the garage. Follow the signs to #102.

Amazing Place to Call Home for Few Days

This is our second year staying here and it was great once again. Always comfortable, clean, and we'll set up for us to have a worry free stay while we explore what Summerland and area has to offer.Would highly recommend.

Great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The Cottage was even better than we had imagined from the pictures. The host had everything that we could have needed for our stay. The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy. So many caring and thoughtful touches to make our stay enjoyable. Beautiful view of the lake and very comfortable. We will definitely recommend to others.

Summerland Red Roof

This is a wonderful location and property - amazing view of Okanagan lake the mountains above Naramata. The unit was beautiful and comfortable - they went well beyond our expectations and would definitely stay there again and let our friends know to book it as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Bernadine's place, it was incredible! The photos do not do this place justice, it is beautiful and brand new and everything is top of the line. We stayed for a month and therefore brought a lot of things from home, but we needn't have, as Bernadine had thought of everything you could possibly need, from toiletries and kitchen tools, to games and beach chairs. Also, the main bathroom shower is huge! You can't see in the photos, but there are TWO gigantic rain shower heads, two body wands, and four wall sprayers, it was incredibly luxurious! Plus, as an avid baker, I couldn't believe Bernadine had thought to supply the house with everything you would need to bake, including pie plates and rolling pin, a fully stocked pantry and the gas oven was top of the line. She really thought of everything, and supplied us with a whole basket of beach snacks and bread and eggs and butter and milk for our stay (at least initially, we were there for so long we ate through it all!). The view of the lake, and privacy, and the top of the line amenities make this place a total gem worth far more than she is charging. Plus being a two minute drive to multiple beaches, playground and splash pad means a month here didn't felt long enough. My only hesitancy is leaving such a good review is that I want it to to be available for when we want to come again!

Exceeded our expectations!

Spacious, clean and in an excellent location close to beaches and wineries.Great view and quiet. Host has provided everything you could possibly want or need during your stay as well as many thoughtful extras. We will definitely stay here again!

Check in was very easy. The unit was well laid out, very clean and looked new. Appreciated the individual A/C controls for each area. Lots of kitchen space and many aids to preparing and cooking food. Loved the very large shower. Wi-Fi was strong. Beautiful views across the lake.

The property is quite understated; everything is fresh and new, top shelf appliances etc and every cupboard is stocked with more than could be used! It was all far more than we expected.

Summerland home with a view.

The size and the amenities in this property are excellent whether a short or long term stay. The owner has thought of all the conveniences in the stocked kitchen. The ensuite curbless shower has everything, rain heads, body sprays, luxury. The property is easy to access, not a step, everything is level. Beautiful view of the lake from interior and the sizeable fbalcony.

Wine Weekend Getaway

We stayed at the property for three nights to enjoy the local vineyards and wine tasting. The property was impeccably clean, and the pictures online didn't do it justice. The view from the balcony is incredible. They even provided us with some snacks and a bottle of wine as a welcome package. The location was perfect for exploring the wineries. Highly recommend!

Amazing Property & Host

From the moment we booked this property until the moment we left it was a great experience.This vacation home was super clean and had everything we needed, plus more! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for when we just wanted to relax. The extras that were provided such as snacks, cereal, eggs, bread and even coffee cream when we first arrived were a wonderful touch. The lake view from the deck while having morning coffee was amazing and I miss it already.I would highly recommend this property and we're already looking at the dates we want to return next summer.Thank you for everything, you made our family trip one to remember.

We had such a great stay at Bernadine’s place. The home was high quality, spotless, and really well taken care of. Thoughtful touches like helpful signs, proper gating, and a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom made everything super easy and comfortable, ensuring we were covered for anything we might need during our stay. The location was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, with beautiful lake views, and just minutes from Peach Orchard Beach. Great Property

We were very impressed with our 2 bedroom VRBO in Summerland! Upon arrival we found a note on the counter letting us know about all the goodies that had been left for us, including a nice bottle of wine and the makings for pancakes! I have never seen such a well stocked kitchen, every small appliance you could ask for and some we weren't sure what they were(popcorn maker) were available! Had a nice deck, barbeque and chairs to sit out and view the lake. It was wonderful and would definetly stay there again!

Best VRBO ever

The place is fairly new and very well designed. The kitchen was very well stocked. Cupboards were full of condiments etc. Plus Eggs, Bread, snacks, coffee, Bottle of wine. Better appliances than my home kitchen. Master bedroom shower was huge. We will be back.

There has been a lot of thought put into this property. It is beautifully designed, well appointed and very comfortable.Quality speaks in everything from the dishes to the linens to the thoughtful snacks and toiletries and games provided. Bernardine is very responsive and also very thoughtful. Classy. 20/10 because we absolutely loved it! And the view is spectacular! We would love to stay again someday!
