This was a little slice of heaven! Quiet, tranquil and perfectly off the beaten path. Everything was exactly as described and was well supplied for a week's stay. Excellent spot for stargazing and we loved Rodney the Rooster the best. I would highly recommend the tiny barn on the farm as the perfect place to get away from it all.

So glad you had a good time and enjoyed the tiny barn. You are welcome back anytime
Perfect setting for a getaway. Enjoyed everything about the place! Recommend to everyone! We brought our dog and she loved walking around the property and sitting on porch.
We recently stayed at the Tiny Barn on the Farm for Fasnacht in nearby Helvetia. This was a wonderful and cozy accomodation! We had a lovely time and would recommend to anyone visiting wild and wonderful West Virginia.
We had an amazing time here. We went to the wildlife center and the asylum around the area and enjoyed a relaxing evening. Perfect ppace for a little getaway especially if you like the rural area to escape from people.
Our first trip to west Virginia couldn't have been better, the Tiny Barn is the perfect size for us and our pup. We wish we could have stayed longer, the property was peaceful and beautiful. Kim, our host, was kind enough to give some hiking recommendations and we saw shooting stars at night!
Absolutely magical trip, we will definitely try to stay again!
It is a very rural location, very quiet, very peaceful, not even any planes going overhead. No cell service but WiFi in the cabin worked just fine to make calls or surf the internet. The cabin is comfortable, uncluttered and simple, charming decoration. All amenities were as described. The host was very helpful!
Amazing stay at Tiny Barn in French Creek West Virginia. Nature lover's paradise. Very special experience. Great Hosts! Fantastic country stay with all modern amenities and super cute decor. Incredibly clean. Great wi-fi, kitchen, washer/dryer, adorable all around - very comfortable bed and sheets, great bathroom. Pet friendly. Everything we wanted + more! Highly recommend.
What a serene place. We loved sitting out on the porch watching deer and lightening bugs in the field behind the pond in the evenings. This is a great spot for watching the night sky.
House is perfect size for a couple. The bed was really comfy. Everything was clean and neat. We took our beagle and it's a great place to walk a dog.
I highly recommend.
While I was under the impression that the surrounding property was a bit more open for hiking, the outdoor space was beautiful and I found places to walk. The farm animals nearby were charming. Some outlets in the kitchen weren't functional, but I found others that did have power and those suited. Overall, it was what I wanted: quiet, retreat, space to think.
This quiet, out of the way place was exactly as described and what we were hoping it would be. The pond across the acreage with deer and ducks was fun to watch while sitting on the porch. We enjoyed the birds, the chickens, the frogs, starry night sky - all the things in nature. It was a great place as a jumping off spot to drive to Helvetia and back. Great winding roads that followed babbling creeks. The tiny barn is not really tiny - plenty of room, all the amenities you need and exceptionally clean. We went from using fans and AC one night to using the heater and blankets the next since temps dropped to freezing. Everything worked great. The washer:dryer was great since we had a weeks worth of dirty clothes already! The owner gave very specific detailed directions for how to get there since GPS is spotty in lots of places in WV. It was a most enjoyable stay and we’d recommend it without hesitation!
