I’m glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall and appreciated the hot tub and location. I wanted to sincerely apologize for the Wi-Fi issue you experienced. I received your first email at 4:20 PM and was just preparing to respond when your follow-up came in at 5:55 PM letting me know it had been resolved—it turned out the router had simply been unplugged. I’m glad it was a quick fix, though I understand how frustrating it can be in the moment. As for the TV, we do note in our listing that streaming is available through guests’ personal apps, as this is standard across many short-term rentals. That said, I’ll review the listing to make sure this detail is more clearly communicated. Thank you also for the suggestions regarding the pans, doorknob, and seating. The doorknob has already been repaired, and we’re currently refreshing our kitchen inventory and taking a closer look at the seating options to enhance comfort for future guests.
