Horrible host

Didn’t even stay at the house. The property owner never responded to my messages on how to enter the property and I had to contact VRBO for support. VRBO then got in contact with the property owner 3 hrs after I was supposed to check in. They got the owner to message me back to where he said call him. I called it wrang 2 times and call ended and blocked My number. Then I got another message that the property was booked on another platform 4 hrs after my check in time. Then he cancelled the booking
