Our stay was great! There were four adults and 3 kids. The beach access is perfect! We can drive our car up and walk right onto the beach. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing! The pool guy came around and cleaned it on Monday which was nice after the weekend of party goers from Spring break. Loved the view over looking the pool and the game room! We could watch the sunrise on the deck every morning as well. The only downside was the seating in the living room wasn’t comfortable and not enough for all of us. But otherwise we had an amazing time! Love this condo!

The rental itself was clean with comfortable beds. The table on the deck was no longer there so we were unable to eat outside which would have been nice. The pool area looks better in the pictures than it us. That part is older and worn down but not dirty. I would not describe the condo as lively however that's just what I was looking for. We could go down to the lively beach area(several miles away) and then retreat back here once we were ready for quiet. Walking to the beach from the rental is ambitious, however the fact that you can drive to and onto the beach saved us. For me, it was a good value for the price.

Very Spacious

Pretty Picture

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We honestly Loved Port Aransas but not so much the rental, the service was great they answer my texts and calls fast. The reantal was about 200 yards from the shoreline that was benefit because the trocpial storm alberto hit while we where there. The restroom non had any rugs which made it very slippery for the littles. The storm did let some water in from the balcony in the master room we had to use a bed sheet to leave on the floor. The whole rental had a awful smell we reached out to the office and they took me 2 air fresher and a plug in. Some of the cloth counches have a bad smell and the master dresser has a smell that made it linger throughout .Cooking dishes where not all clean, the rental just did not have a clean smell. The pool was fun, it was kept up with and out side was very clean all the time. Wifi and cable when out 3 times one time with the storm the other times we dont know why maintaince tried to fix it but could not.

Good location and not far from town. Short walk to the beach and you can see the beach from the balcony. It was very clean and comfortable, would stay again.
