Pool includes fun Baja Shelf as well as bench seating all around inside of pool. Walk out the front door to several hiking trails. Perfectly located for mountain and city views, and short distance to shops, Trader Joe's, Target and restaurants in the growing Cathedral City/Hwy 111 corridor and just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Fully furnished two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, as well as a full size fold out sleeper sofa. This home is warm and inviting in a great neighborhood. This is a stand alone home, so no owner living on site. Don't let the size fool you - very open, comfortable home for indoor/outdoor living.
