Why they chose this property
The Cathedral City Cove neighborhood was developed and established in the 1950s and 1960s. It was originally home to a variety of working-class families and many artists. Today, Cathedral City Cove is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with eclectic architecture and still a good value for real estate within the Greater Palm Springs area.
What makes this property unique
This property has a HUGE and I mean HUGE tree lined backyard and VIEWS! It also has a nice firepit, great level area for the kids to frolic around and a wonderful pool that is kept up very nicely to enjoy at any time guests please. Inside it has 3 bedrooms which are quite contemporary yet warm and cozy and its bathrooms and kitchen are all high end and make you feel like a king or a queen. Additionally it's a couple blocks from the bustling downtown Cathedral City!
Cathedral City is a great neighborhood that is central to everything in the Desert. The properties we manage here are well taken care of mechanically and we keep their cleaning immaculate; as well as appointed to meet the needs of our guests. We are accommodating and our homes are special in they are walking distance to El Paseo or located in the hills yet close to everything. Each property is special because we love to make it so and can't wait to share our love for the desert and majestic accomodations with you!
