Chill with the whole family at this fun and relaxing house less than 7 miles from the beach!
The space
This home is about a 12 minute drive to Johnson Beach - a private beach with paid access in Perdido Key.

Our pool can be heated for an additional $50 per night. Let us know if this is an option you’d like as it takes 24 hours to heat up.

We have Roku Smart TVs in the living room, 3 of the 4 bedrooms, and outside in the tiki hut. Guests will need to use their own app logins for TV watching and will be automatically logged out on their checkout day.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house and backyard with their own private entrance.

This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

The garage and hallway closet will be locked and not available for guest use.

Excellent rental

The pool was the highlight of the house, the kids enjoyed swimming in winter. The house was fully furnished with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Owner is very responsive

Check in was easy. The owner was very quick to respond to my only issue that came up and he fixed it the same day. The out door area is the best feature of this house. The pool is clean and large and my grand kids lived in it. The tiki hut was great also. There was plenty of space for our group of 7. I wish there had been a closet to hang my clothes in the master but other than that, great value for the money. Thanks for being a great host.

We enjoyed our stay here. Located close to anything you can imagine you want to do or anything you could need. Chandler made everything simple. Would definitely recommend.

Tiki Hut

We had a great time at the Tiki Hut. The kids enjoyed the pool and seeing The Blue Angels flying above. Chandler was great with communication and we would definitely stay there again!

The beds were very comfortable. We loved the pool. We were disappointed that there was no high chair, jetted tub or blow dryer as listed. Also the extra kitchen seating shown in picture was not actually there. We had 12 people. The neighborhood was quiet and close to stores etc.

Awesome!

Had an amazing time. House was very clean, beautiful and had plenty of space. The host was very easy to communicate with and easy to check in. I would definitely recommend this place especially if you have a little larger family. Pool was warm and clean.

Just what we needed

This was our first beach trip not staying on the beach. We traded that for our private pool. The neighborhood was very quiet with an occasional dog bark. The only caution would be if you have a group that celebrates loudly. The difference is on the beach everyone is in the same mindset where this is those livibg there day to day. You feel the need to be very quiet which worked for us!! Its a great place for a girls trip, bachelorette trip etc. but with the right crowd.

A time was had at the Tiki Hut!!!

Wonderful home. The pictures are exactly how it looks in person. The pool was phenomenal. The backyard was great as a whole. I love the bar area w/the television. I loved the closed in back porch. We were visiting due to a graduation. We hosted the graduation dinner for the family that lived there and the family that traveled in. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The kids loved the pool. Correction EVERYONE loved the pool. I had an issue with getting inside the house when we arrived. But I was able to get in contact with the host and he reset my credentials allowing us to get inside. It was late but he answered after a couple attempts of calling him. I plan on staying her again on my next visit to Pensacola.

Was a very nice place but 1. I couldn't figure out how to message the host before I reserved the property. I strongly believe expecially in a military town there should have been a military discount. The host did check in to make sure we settled in good/didn't need anything he was on top of all that and responded quickly whenever I emailed or texted. The house,pool and yard was very clean and nice but for 1 paid a security deposit/insurance type of thing but after I reserved i got a message saying any stained face clothes or towels I'd get billed? Not sure what the hundred and something dollars was really for but also on the email was stating any loud noice the neighbors will call the cops then there's a 2500 fee if they come? Granted I know how ppl are nowerdays,but being there with my kids and grandson not planning on partying or anything my trip was kinda ruined the whole time shushing everyone even during the day over being worried about getting in trouble/billed. With a tiki bar outside with a tv and speakers outside by the pool is a really nice set up but couldn't relax and enjoy any of it out of fear. The list of fines/fees should have been put on the websight to be seen before reserving it kinda ruins the relaxing part
